Biography
I received my law degree from Thomas Cooley Law School where I finished in the top 5% of my class. After graduating, I began my career at the State Attorney’s Office. During my time as an Assistant State Attorney, I tried over 100 cases, handled hundreds of motion hearings, and prosecuted over 3,000 cases. In 2008, I left the State Attorney’s Office and founded my law firm specializing in criminal defense, DUI defense, traffic citations, and auto accidents. In 2012, I partnered with Andrew Shafii who is also a former Assistant State Attorney. I now head the personal injury and DUI defense divisions in the firm.
In my career, I have helped my clients recover millions of dollars from insurance companies for their injuries. My experience as a trial attorney has allowed me to aggressively represent my clients against the insurance industry.
I also defend clients charged with DUIs. Many times individuals are wrongly arrested and I have helped thousands of clients beat their DUI charge.
In addition to my law practice, I am adjunct professor at Thomas M. Cooley Law School and lectures throughout the community.

Extremely Poor Representation
Demonstrated no ability to have a misdemeanor non-violent resisting arrest charge and DUI lacking evidence dropped.
