The worst lawyer I have ever witnessed first hand

It is my opinion, based on my first hand experience that Joshua Sheridan with Busciglio Sheridan & Schoeb Pa. is the least experienced lawyer in all of Tampa Bay. It is my opinion that Joshua Sheridan seriously lacks skill, knowledge and experience in the matters of family law, never mind complex mat...ters. It is my opinion that Joshua Sheridan has no understanding , considerations, or concerns for the well being of young children in any family law cases. It is my opinion that any individual considering hiring Joshua Sheridan should seriously consider very hard hiring a lawyer that is more interested in chasing dollars than the delicate matters involving the well being of your children.

Knowledgeable and Compassionate

Josh Sheridan is the third lawyer who has helped me over the last 10 years with my divorce and post-divorce proceedings. After my first conversation with Josh I could tell this would be a different experience. Josh reviewed the most recent motion my ex-wife had filed and then he quickly and concise...ly explained what needed to be done and cited the case law he would use to argue my case. It was a great relief to know that I had someone in my corner with Josh's experience, knowledge and ability to communicate so clearly. But Josh's skills as an attorney pale in comparison to his heart for those he represents. At no point did I feel like his client, he made me feel like his friend. As I told him, for the first time in 10 years I finally felt like someone cared about everything I had been through and everything I was fighting for. I can't think of a place where it is more important to have the right attorney than family court; everything you've worked for, everything you value is literally at stake. Josh Sheridan is the right attorney.

Very Pleased

Thank You Josh for helping me with my divorce and custody case. Josh listened to me a year ago when I wanted to know my rights as a mom and my options and a year later it was time to move forward and I hired Josh to my attorney. He was quick to move the process and didn't just sit back and let time... get the better of the case. He was great at giving his honest advise and making me see the reality of the case. He fought for my case and the best thing for my little one. I can't be happier with how he handled the case and I would definitely recommend him to anyone going thru a divorce

Passionate and Responsive Lawyer

I hired Josh Sheridan in my divorce and child custody case after using 2 lawyers that were both non-responsive and not moving forwards. He took my case on at the eleventh hour of a pending trial and worked hard to prepare. Josh also managed to push my case forwards in lieu of an opposing attorney th...at managed to stretch the case out as long as humanly possible. Josh was responsive to my questions by telephone and email, let me review all documentation, and thoroughly explained each step in detail. He was highly resourceful in adding additional professionals to strengthen the case. In trial Josh was professional, calm, and extremely knowledgeable. Additionally, the cost of his representation was more than fair. I would not hesitate to hire Josh as he is one of the “good’ lawyers that genuinely wants to do the best for his clients.

I called Josh when my client was in jail, criminally charged with domestic violence, and facing a domestic violence injunction. My client was out of jail the next day, Josh stayed in regular communication with both of us, the criminal charges were dropped, and Josh won a contested domestic violence injunction hearing by creating a timeline of events that called the veracity of the “victim’s” allegations into serious question. It is hard to imagine how anyone else could have possibly done any better. You have to love it when your client has his “best day in court.” Thanks Josh!"
