Biography
I am the managing partner of Berkowitz & Myer. Christian Myer is my partner, and Jon Dubbeld is our associate attorney. Our firm focuses primarily on personal injury, bankruptcy, and creditor harassment. I believe that the the only way to get your client what he or she truly deserves is to be willing to go to trial when the need arises. It seems that more than half of my injury cases get filed in the court system these days and I recently won a foreclosure trial against a major bank. I like to be able to spend a lot time time on each individual case and to make sure that each client gets the attention they deserve. Our consultations are always free and you will always feel welcome and treated with respect at my law firm.

Perfect Job
We hired Mr. Berkowitz to help us with Bankruptcy Chapter 13 the entire process out to be very easy especially for us with very poor knowledge of English but if your lawyers professional as a Mr. Berkowitz is not a problem.

Replied last September 1, 2016Ms. Hall, I am so sorry you were less than pleased with your bankruptcy experience. When Republic Bank bought out Cornerstone Bank, there was a delay in getting our new card we use exclusively for our bankruptcy IOTA account. I was not aware you were upset about the delay and I would have gladly explained the issue had you brought it to my attention. The bank has apologized to me, and I apologize to you. Also, the attorney covering your 341 hearing was delayed due to weather related to the tropical storm. My home was flooded and I couldn't get out for hours. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience. Your hearing went seamlessly, and there are no lingering issues. The great news is that your bankruptcy was a success! I am so happy that we were able to solve your debt issues for you.
