I was hit by a drunk driver with my 10 month old son in the car with me. I initially hired another lawyer that was referred to me by a family member. Loren agreed to meet with me just to give be guidance because my current representation was not providing this for me. However, after meeting with Loren I asked if he would represent me because of how comfortable he made me feel. Loren always made sure everything that was discussed was clear for me to understand. My case was a mess from the beginning and Loren handled everything and made it right. He listened to me and provided me with doctors that made me and my son feel safe and had the treatment I wanted and needed. Loren continued to make sure I got the closure I needed after he should have been done representing me. He was there every step of the way and always made sure that I knew I could him for anything. Same as he continued to call me and update me after my case was closed. He didn't care that his job "should" be done. He was there. Prior to founding his own law firm, Loren worked for seven years at one of the oldest and most well respected civil and criminal litigation firms in the Tampa Bay Area. Before that he served as an Assistant State Attorney in Pinellas County for nearly five years. While employed as a Prosecutor, Loren handled and tried a broad range of both felony and misdemeanor cases, many of which received media attention.

Loren has established an excellent reputation in the community as a trial attorney. He tried nearly 50 cases to jury verdict as a prosecutor, including first-degree murder, capital sexual battery, and DUI Manslaughter. As a civil litigator he handled cases from their inception, all the way through the litigation process and on to jury verdicts. He obtained many favorable settlements on behalf of his clients. His experience enables him to anticipate how the other side will proceed in either a civil or criminal matter and effectively respond to their actions.

Loren grew up in Pinellas County. He graduated from Boca Ciega High School and Eckerd College. While at Eckerd College he was a four-year member and captain of the school’s NCAA Division II baseball team.

Highly recommended

I was in a serious accident with an uninsured driver. Loren was diligent and successful in helping me navigate dealing with my insurance company who was clearly trying to entice me with what I will call premeditated deception and small payments to settle the matter for what would have been a significant financial loss to me. I contacted Loren who put my concerns at ease and handled the entire situation to a successful conclusion. I would recommend him to anyone without reservation.

I had an amazing experience with Pincus Law. I had gotten in a car accident (someone hit me) and I didn't think of getting an attorney until someone spoke to me about all the chaos I would go through on my own with insurances and all the other things that tie into it. After my consultation with Joshua and Loren. I felt very comfortable to continue with them. Loren sat down with me and explained everything in realistic terms. Auto Accident
