I am a native of Tampa Bay being born in Tampa, Florida in 1959. I went to high school at H. B. Plant High and attended Hillsborough Community College and University of South Florida for my undergraduate degrees. Prior to attending law school, I held a degree as a paralegal and worked in a local law firm. I do all of the legal work on your case this allows me to offer my services for a reasonable fee. In November of 2021, I left the Law Office of David M. Goldman to go back to practicing as a sole practitioner.
The areas of law in which I provide advice are: Family Law, Guardianship, Criminal Law, Small Business, Wills, Trusts and Probate, Employment law and Personal Injury. Most initial consultations are free and are done via telephone, GoToMeeting or via Zoom.

I contacted attorney Betty Elaine Jones Regarding a modification of parenting plan. After consultation I decided to hire her; once retainer fee was paid; I notice the rudeness, unprofessionalism, incompetence & etc with her and her staff.
