Very Thorough in preparing the case

Highly knowledgeable about immigration laws and has up to date knowledge of latest and current immigration administrative practices. This knowledge is the key, which one cannot find in searching on internet. His thoroughness in preparing the legal documentation for the case helped my Mom to get her g...reen card in just under 7 months, without any queries or issues in that too in current non friendly-immigration laws and regime.

Great Lawyer!

Mr. KV Jairam helped us with our Adjustment of Status case and he was great! He walked us through it and answer all of our questions. He is very knowledgeable about the immigration process and helped us to make sure we had all the paper work that we needed before submitting. The best in the BIZ

I review several immigration lawyers and after 6 appointments with all i decided to hire Mr. KV- well let me tell you (i was in removal status) this was the best decision I made. This man took the time to listen, he was dedicated , professional ,organized, and kind. Being a family man himself he real...ized how important it was for me to stay in this country next to my kids, I'm not going into details about my case but i can tell you that i really though that my days in this country were numbered. this man would call me several times a day to advise me on how the proper way to fill out all documents, he was very patient with my busy schedule -he would answer my calls day or night and sometimes in the weekend. Not only he called all my family he also met with all, I was amazed how dedicated he was as busy as he is, if he had charge me by the hour well just let me say I would need to mortgage my house, no instead he gave me a price and stuck with it till the end... The time came to go to court and I was amazed by his knowledge and how professional he was, again he took several hours to meet with me and family to get all of us prepared for court, days before, it made me feel very confident going in front of the Judge, bottom line this man is the one for you to have by your side, trust me i'm very picky.. I will hire him if ever needed with no hesitation.. Good luck to all of you if you are in immigration problems and if you are you must talk to KV before you make your final decision ..

Patient and helpful lawyer that will work hard to meet your immigration needs

We went to K.V.Jairam for applying for my wife's green card, EAD (work authorization) and advanced parole documents after we got married. (I am a US citizen). Jairam was very clear from the very first appointment on what the process entails, what documents we need at every stage and how to prepare t...he documents for the application and interview. He reviewed the forms with us and gave us a copy of all forms he filled out while we waited for USCIS to process the application. When we received the call for the interview, unfortunately, he was not available since he had was already booked for another client. But he still met with both of us and gave us a clear overview of what to expect in the interview upto the minute detail. We got the green card and other documents without any issues. I would absolutely recommend K.V.Jairam for your immigration needs!!
