Green card process
Bill help me with my green card application (marriage based/B2 visa not overstayed) overall we had a really good experience with him, my green card was approved in 6 months. He and his team were always available and willing to clarified my doubts and questions. They know really well the immigration law. Their online platform is easy convenient so you don't need to go to his office, only for final reviews. I definitely recommend Bill for immigration processes.

Not just a good lawyer...
Mr. Niffen is a good man, not just a good lawyer. He was very thorough, asked lots of questions so that he could properly represent us, and he charged a flat fee, not "per call" or "per email". Unfortunately, I've had to deal with lawyers before and I was nickle and dimed to death. Mr. Niffen got us all the way through the process, keeping us informed in a timely manner, responding to calls, and he was available when we had concerns. We refer him often and will use him again to bring my step-son over. Thank you, Mr. Niffen! We appreciate you!

Stress free and worth it.
Mr. Niffen was exactly the person I needed to help me with our immigration process. He was professional and easy to get in contact with through the whole process. He was able to give us peace of mind by explaining every part of our paperwork and the next steps we would need to worry about. He escorted us through the interview and reassured us he would take care of everything. I recommend him for the reasons stated above and he was nice enough to give me a military discount.

I was in an accident with my spouse. My spouse was driving. Our insurance company only wanted to cover a small part if my medical bills. Bill Niffen help me settle with my insurance company and all my medical bills got paid.

I got myself into a bit of a mess and really needed my side of the story to be shared. It was a traffic mishap and I felt that there was more to the story than the black and white of it. Bill asked me many questions, listened to my story and background, then represented me in that arena that holds all the control over my situation and did so professionally and empathetically. What in black and white seemed insurmountable proved very possible and we came out with what I believed seemed like the impossible verdict. Excellent help for DL suspension
I had a suspension due to pandemic trouble with the virtual court hearings. Bill and Karen were tremendously patient and informative throughout the process. They were incredibly responsive and even helped with a late surprise in the process. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Bill for your expertice and Karen for making sure I provided all info needed to get this process done. Also notable is their website. It made document upload and communication very smooth.

Nice and good experience
I was concern about my case, even it was not complicated at all. We chose him for immigration purpose. I was nervous about some small issues, so i listed many questions. He was really patient for all my questions during our video call. And he tried explain as more as he could. His answer was really clear. Best attorney for immigration cases
Bill Niffen was amazing. He made my immigration case such a breeze and the fact that he over prepared us for my permanent resident interview made the entire thing much less stressful because we were ready for it all. My case had a few bumps in the road like needing a co-sponsor, me being from Canada and my husband in the army but he really made it all look so easy. He answered both mine and my husband's questions and he was very knowledgeable on his immigration laws and practices and always had an answer to everything. In my opinion, if you want an almost absolute approval, Bill is worth every penny!!! I can't thank him enough for working with my husband and I and now I get to say and work here legally.
