Green card approval

I called Mr Jairam’s office after receiving an intent to Deny notice, he listened to what I had to say and started helping me over the phone instantly, guiding me in the directing that I should respond to the notice before I even retained him as the attorney to respond to the notice. He advised me on... all that I needed to do, over the very first phone call. We had to retain him for his service because he was so knowledgeable and willing to help, he explain everything to me clearly. After retaining him he went above and beyond to ensure that he addressed all the points that needed to be addressed in the notice. He even went as far as communicating and working with other attorneys from a foreign country based on the complexity of my case. He took us from an intent to Deny to approval just by the one Response he did for us. I would recommend him to anyone, no matter how complex your case is, you should retain K.V Jairam. He has a passion for what he does and it’s not all about money. His quality of work, worth so much more than what we had to pay for what he did for us.

Adjustment of Status/Marriage-Based Green Card

I had been in the U.S on a F-1 Student Visa since I was 14 years old. At 20 years old, after my wife and I got married, I applied for an Adjustment of Status. From beginning to end, Mr. Jairam gave us nothing but the best legal advice. He was honest from the beginning and explained the process perfec...tly. I received my Biometrics Appointment 1 month after applying. Due to COVID, it was sadly cancelled. It was then rescheduled 7 months later. After completing my Biometrics, our interview was scheduled 3 months later. My Work Authorization arrived in the mail 2 days before the interview. Mr. Jairam accompanied us to our interview, which helped ease the nerves. I was approved the day after our interview. My Green Card arrived in the mail 1 week later. The whole process took 11 months (mainly due to COVID). I would highly recommend Mr. Jairam and his services. The process was quick, smooth, and less stressful thanks to him.

Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value

Mr. K.V. Jairam is an excellent immigration lawyer. He is very knowledgeable, professional and very responsive with all of my questions. My processing was very smooth, i was able to get my adjustment of status approved in a span of only 8 months without any delays. My paperworks is a work of art, how... he managed to compile all of the evidences was very detailed. I would recommend everyone to hire him with all of your immigration matters and have a stress-free and smooth procesing experience. Thank you, Mr. K.V. for your hardwork and for handling my case. Thumbs up to KV

KV was very attentive and helpful in our preparation for a green card application. He made sure we were well prepared at every step of the process, and gave us extensive lists detailing what documents were required. He was available for us when we needed, accommodating both phone conversations and in...-person meetings promptly. Another nice feature of his service were his automated (or at least seemingly automated) messages documenting the progression of our application with USCIS. We highly recommend him for immigration legal counsel.
