Beware of fake reviews. This law firm is the worst I've ever dealt with. I hired them to handle my bankruptcy case, and it was the most unprofessional experience I've ever faced. To begin with, they showed a lack of interest in helping their clients and seemed only interested in taking money through ...Zelle (also, they will try to keep all of your documentations to make you work to get them all over again!!) Once you make a payment, there are no refunds, and they frequently mention Zelle. I never once sat down with a lawyer; everything was handled by their assistant. When I did speak with a lawyer, he rudely tried to lock me into a five-year deal, and after I objected, he dismissed me on the phone. They only contacted me about payments and never returned my calls. Once they received their money, it became an uphill battle. I eventually hired a different attorney and walked away from my deposit. I would never recommend this law firm to anyone. Be fully aware of what you're dealing with and seek other attorneys' opinions before settling with this company. They are extremely unprofessional.

Attorney Ozment and his staff were extremely helpful in guiding me through my Chapter 7 case. From the first meeting, I knew that I wanted his office to represent me. He outlined my options, explained everything about bankruptcy and filing simply and clearly, told me how much it would cost and paymen...t options, helped me to understand the differences between the various chapters, and followed me through the process every step of the way. A week before my trustee meeting, his office scheduled an appointment for me to talk with Atty. Ozment by phone so he could explain the trustee meeting, how it would work, what questions I might be asked, and to go over information in my petition to make sure I understood all the details in the document. I really appreciated the time that he took to do that as it helped me be less nervous for the meeting. The staff in the office were also very helpful, kind, and supportive throughout the process. I also appreciated that they were responsive to emails and respectful of my time and commitments through the process, too. Highly recommend!
