First off I want to say this is a very smart lawyer. ...I went to this firm for a. Bankruptcy and from the beginning after listening to me worked hard to settle a mgt dispute case and saved my credit and my name in record time ....she was so professional and nice to talk too ..in a very bad time ......and the outcome was all that she advised me it probably would be ....in my opinion it's hard to find a honest lawyer. .all I can say is if you need someone that will listen and work hard to defend you she is the one .....also the law firm of drake ozment. ...they were great too ....I've used lawyers in the past this firm you actually get a feel that everyone is working for you not .....like other firms take your money well call you ...but moniqe was the best of all ...

Ms. Roberts is very knowledgeable. I met with her a couple of times before I was able to decide what I need it to do. The fact that she didn't rush me and answer all my questions promptly help me to make a decision. Filing for bankrupcy is not an easy task. I met with her again the day I have to go... to bankrupcy court, I was very nervous because I didn't have an idea of what was waiting for me. Ms. Roberts explain in detail everything that will happen and what type of questions I will need to answer. She is a great professional and I will hire her again in a heart beat.
