Saved our Home!

Ozment Law saved our home and mediated a new mortgage interest rate for almost 4%. They handled everything for us. Drake, TT, & staff answered every email we bombarded them with in this most frightening time. He wouldn't guarantee our house, but WOW, what a savior! - I had fought Bank of America fo...r over 7 years for unlawfully raising our mortgage rates(fined Billions), going to re-fi BOA conventions all night, visiting many offices they sent me to Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Stuart., required re-submittal of docs over 30 times. - ICE Legal lost our investment house in court after paying them for years - Judges said "we know about what the news says" and didn't care, let foreclosures proceed to clear dockets. - Banks attorneys(men? in our community) smirked as they interrogated us Please regain your sanity if you are having debt issues, don't let corporate America Banks/credit companies harass you any longer. Bankruptsy

Bankruptcy

We went to drake on the recommendation of a family member. I have to say that in the past 5 years they took care of everything for us and answered all of our questions over the years. They really made this stressful time for us very bearable. I highly recommend Drake and his team.

deficiency defense after short sale

I found this firm from a add ...I'm so glad cause in the past I've dealt with a ton of recommended lawyers. ..and when I first met Drake he made me feel very confident and like I had a chance against the biggest bank. he explain a bunch of options and slowly went thru em all ...I when I asked questi...ons he didn't give me those crazy looks like most did ....he thought on it and said ok ..but most of all clear your mind I will get you threw this and he did in record time and with a reasonable bill....he really is a patient lawyer that fights for the little guy....I must say after dealing and getting screwed by the 500 per hour lawyers. ...he truly is a nice guy and his firm is super professional. .....I not only recommend him ...I use this firm for my real estate buisness. .....thanks again Drake your the best .
