He outlined my options, explained everything about bankruptcy and filing simply and clearly, told me how much it would cost and paymen...t options, helped me to understand the differences between the various chapters, and followed me through the process every step of the way. A week before my trustee meeting, his office scheduled an appointment for me to talk with Atty. Ozment by phone so he could explain the trustee meeting, how it would work, what questions I might be asked, and to go over information in my petition to make sure I understood all the details in the document. I really appreciated the time that he took to do that as it helped me be less nervous for the meeting. The staff in the office were also very helpful, kind, and supportive throughout the process. I also appreciated that they were responsive to emails and respectful of my time and commitments through the process, too. Highly recommend!
