About Stephen
Biography
Mr. Gebeloff is an experienced litigator whose primary areas of practice are commercial law, creditors’ rights and construction law. He has represented clients from the banking, insurance, advertising, manufacturing, transportation, leasing, telecommunications and service industries. He has extensive experience prosecuting officers, directors and members of entities for fraudulent transfers of assets. He has represented developers, property owners, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers and design professionals in all facets of construction law.
Mr. Gebeloff an accomplished musician, currently serves as the Executive Director of the Youth Orchestra of Palm Beach County and is on the Board of Directors for the Symphonic Band of the Palm Beaches. He is a charity runner, running for the Palm Beach County Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Mr. Gebeloff has completed several marathons and holds a Black Belt in Tae-Kwon Do.

Great Lawyer and very meticulous
We hired Gebeloff Law firm to sue a contractor that owed us money for products that they used for construction. He was so powerful that we were able to get paid what they owed us PLUS interest on the money. It was quite an amazing process. He is very knowledgable and did a great job.

fabulous team
had a judgement on my desk for three years. The debtor gave us the run around and one million excuses not to pay. Mr Gebeloff enforced my judgement and it was collected within 9 months including interest and attorney fees. One of the best experiences with an attorney Highly recommend
