Bruce is excellent and understanding

Me and my wife live in a condo in Palm Beach County. We have been going back and forth with our HOA association for years disputing our monthly assessment payments. Long story short, we made our payments, however the association said we didn't and we ended up going back and forth against them. The association ended up filing several liens against our property and threatened to foreclose on our property. I was blessed to find Bruce and his team. In the end, Bruce and his team helped us to settle this matter, removing the property liens, settling with the association for a small fraction and saving our property from foreclosure. Not only is Bruce an expert in what he does but he is very understanding. If you live in a condo and you're getting hit with property liens or foreclosure threats, give Bruce a call immediately!

Excellent Attorney

So kind and professional

I was having a difficult time with my current situation and I had so many questions. From the moment I talked to Bruce, I could tell he was genuine and he truly cared about his clients and his work. Superb Attorney

I sought Mr. Rosenwater's services in the summer of 2016, Since then Mr. Rosenwater and his paralegal Peggy May has superbly guided me through all my legal matters. Genuine lawyer that sticks up for me

Been using Bruce for years and only have nice things to say

I have nothing but great things to say about this law firm. I have had a long-standing relationship with Bruce and have utilized his services across a variety of legal areas. Unlike most other attorneys, he is extremely responsive and cooperative. He answers his emails quickly and delivers when promised. Business Bodyguard

Just an awesome, safe, trusting experience. I never had to retain the services of an attorney, but I went through unfortunate situations with my real estate property, where I was bamboozled by the seller AND property manager. Very upsetting experience because I purchased the property in good faith and I was scammed by both parties. I retained Mr. Rosenwater's services and he rectified the situation with his knowledge and expertise. His name is known in the real estate industry. Now all I have to is say Mr. Rosenwater is my attorney, and people think twice before pulling a con!
