Excellent Service

We filed a Chapter 13. Mr Ozment and his office performed admirably, and got us an excellent repayment plan. His staff was always readily available by email. They followed through with us up to the day we received our Order of Discharge. I highly recommend Mr Ozment and staff for your Bankruptcy ...needs.

Very Professional Law Firm that cares about you

Ozment Law helped my wife and I with our Bankruptcy over seven years ago and even though so much time had passed they were still as courteous and prompt as the first day we were there when I called yesterday. I needed some documents from our Bankruptcy proceedings seven years ago for a Mortgage refin...ance we were doing and Jeanice who answered the phone was so helpful and polite. She went out of her way to accommodate my request and truly made me feel valued. I also really appreciate Paul, one of the Attorneys there, taking the time to assist and for his willingness to help me and my wife after so many years. It Truly shows the Professionalism and Caliber of this Law practice I wish you continued success! Thanks again...

Top notch

I entered Drake Ozment's office five years ago over my head in debt without the ability to see a positive future. Mr. Ozment's office was able to assist me with a repayment plan and today I am debt free. The process was smooth and well laid out and during the years I was repaying, Mr. Ozment's office... was readily available for any issues or concerns I had. I recommend Drake Ozment's office for anyone needing help with debt issues.
