Robert Malove is an expert Criminal Trial lawyer. Mr. Malove is distinguished trial lawyer with more than 35 years of experience in federal and state courts. To stay on top of all of the latest developments in the healthcare fraud area of his legal practice, Mr. Malove completed post-graduate studies in Healthcare Corporate Compliance at George Washington University and furthered his comprehensive knowledge in the various state and federal laws regarding healthcare fraud and corporate compliance. Before that, Mr. Malove was conferred a BS in the Administration of Justice from The American University School of Justice. He has served as a guest commentator on COURT-TV and maintains membership in the National Association of Criminal Defense lawyers and Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Mr. Malove is a Founding Member of the National College for DUI Defense. Mr. Malove has extensive experience in the area of pill mill defense and represents the Florida Academy of Pain Medicine, Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, American Academy of Pain Management, and Florida Society of Neurology and filed an amicus curiae brief in federal court challenging the constitutionality of the Florida statutes regulating the operation of pain clinics, i.e., pill mills.

Best lawyer I’ve had

I’m writing this review because Robert and his team saved my life. I was arrested on 3 violent felonies. There was also talk between detectives of possibly a manslaughter case against me. I was released from jail and immediately called a lawyer I had in the past. I went to the internet I felt my ol...d lawyer could not handle these charges. I needed a good lawyer. I called Robert the first one I called and I went with Robert . He not only made me feel safe he sent a woman out to come talk to me and I felt safe. I hired him that day. Robert put Lindsey on my case . Because of the charges I was not aloud to go back to my own home where my son was . The judge ordered that. Robert and his team got a court date which was a month away . I was going to be homeless for a month . Robert took me off the street while Lindsay fought for me to get back home. In 30 hours they had got a judge to sign off to allow me back in my home. That was the same day I hired them. They did that for me. Lindsay was my rock for 7 long months. I had no one to turn to my family disowned me all I had was my son who I needed to take care of. I did not do what I was arrested for . But the reality was this case was so serious and there’s a very good chance I will spend the rest of my life in prison. I was facing 25 years In prison. I always felt safe. I am permanently physically disabled. I have been through 18 surgeries I was so worn out. I just needed someone to fight for me and they did. I was tormented in my head with anxiety and depression . Thinking any day the state will take my life . Lindsay and Robert remained by my side and I put them through a lot. Lindsey is fierce she fights for you she has a fight in her I’ve never seen. I always told them I Just wish the charges could be dropped and my life given back to me but I know that can’t happen. I was prepared mentally that I would be doing some prison time. I was a single mom who raised my son all alone for 15 years and now he was going to be taken I was going to spend my life in prison? I wouldn’t have made it mentally for 7 months without Lindsey. Lindsey would even tell me things to write down and hang it on my wall so when I was spiraling I would look at that paper and remember I was safe. Lawyers have tons of cases. With Robert and Lindsay you don’t get lost in a pile. That’s what I was scared of. Robert and Lindsey give 100% of there attention and there fight to every case . I don’t know how they do it Lindsey is one of the best lawyers I’ve come across if not the best and I’ve had about 6 lawyers in the past non of them compare . She is a fire cracker in the court room. She is a fighter for her clients. Robert has a heart of gold. I waited 7 months for the state to file the charges to start trial. And then I got a call . It was Robert and Lindsey to tell me I was free. No charges were going to be brought against me I was acquitted. They saved my life. They fought for my life. They fought so hard for my life against the state. I want to mention something I find very admirable. When I hired Robert I told him how much money I had. It wasn’t enough to pay him. He could have asked for what I had but he didn’t. He said “I want you to have some money to take care of your son we will make a payment plan.” With the charges I was facing 3 violent felonies I knew I had to get a good lawyer. But I didn’t have that much money. But he didn’t let that get in the way. I’m free now. With tears in my eyes these people were the only ones there for me I will forever miss Lindsay. Because of her I got my fight back I lost when I got disabled. I’ve chosen to go back to school. Lindsay and Robert didn’t just fight for me with prosecution and give me my life back they gave me another shot at life. And I will be inviting them to my graduation because I am going to be someone in life now.

One of the most Genuine lawyer in the business - Robert Malove

I have been incarcerated since April of 2013 and I am currently serving a 10-year sentence in Federal Prison. Throughout my time in prison. I have hired lawyers from five different firms of which Mr. Malove was the fifth. My prior representation included some of the best lawyers from the Washington D....C./ Maryland area, most of which were only interested in getting as much money from me as possible. I even paid one upwards of $350,000. By the time I was ready to hire a new lawyer to file my 2255 motion, I had already spent over $500,000. Consequently, as one could imagine, I became very leery when it comes to lawyers. Ultimately, I resorted to what most people do when they are at their wits' end, pray. I asked God to direct me to a good lawyer. I had already been locked up for five years at this time. I did not speak to anyone about the decision I was struggling with, to find a new attorney. One day, after attending my regular bible study, the meeting coordinator decided to pray for each of us at the table. When he got to me, he said, "God knows that you're having a hard time with a very important decision and that the answer was on its way." After returning to my housing unit, the guards gave me the daily mail, and in it was a letter from Mr. Malove's firm. Honestly, receiving that letter was a good sign, but I was still a bit apprehensive. My brother contact Mr. Malove's firm and they scheduled an attorney-client call. Naturally, based on my experience with all the other lawyers, my main concern was the cost. However, when I spoke with Mr. Malove, I proceeded to ask him about his fees and he gently responded, "Don't worry about the money, let's look at your situation in detail first." The mere fact that he was more eager to look into my case as opposed to looking into my pockets gave me a deep sense of comfort, and I knew for certain at that moment he was sent by God in response to my prayers. Of course, he would eventually charge me, but it was nothing compared to what the other lawyers charged. I have been working with Mr. Malove since 2018 (around 4 years), and I am still working with him presently. I have to say Mr. Malove, James, and the entire staff have been there throughout the entire with the same urgency and care they had in the beginning. I would strongly recommend Malove and Associates to anyone. Thank you, Robert, for everything, may God continue to bless you and your staff. Prayerfully, Leonaldo Harris.
