Che C Padron was a state prosecutor for over 11 years. He started out in misdemeanor court trying dozens of DUI and battery cases. Literally handling hundreds of cases in litigation including all manner of traffic offenses. He then went on to felony where he tried over 50 felony cases. He has been assigned to many special units. Including spending two years in the repeat offender and robbery units. For almost 2 years Che Padron was in the white collar crime and insurance fraud divisions. Che Padron has litigated and gone to trial on murder cases, attempted murder, sex crime cases, robbery cases, armed robbery cases, drug trafficking cases. Che C Padron saw justice and injustices in the criminal justice system and now dedicates his career to protecting his clients' rights Che C Padron believes everyone deserves a second chance.
