I’ve spent three decades defending every type of criminal case, in state courts and federal courts. This includes misdemeanors like domestic violence, battery and DUI, to felonies such as possession or sale of drugs, grand theft and violent crimes to complex cases such as economic crimes, money laundering, grand jury investigations, first degree murder, capital (death penalty) litigation, mortgage fraud, health care fraud, and post conviction matters.
