Brian Tannebaum defends individuals and corporations in state and federal criminal court, as well as future, current, and former lawyers, in matters before the Florida Bar and Board of Bar Examiners and in civil and criminal courts.

 

In his Ethics practice, Brian represents individuals in Bar Admission, Grievance Defense, and Reinstatement matters, and consults lawyers and law firms in ethics issues from law firm formation and operation, to sale and dissolution. Brian is able to advise legal professionals before, during, and after legal proceedings have been initated.

 

Brian was trained as a criminal defense lawyer and has spent his entire career defending individuals and corporations in state and federal criminal courts. While most of his clients are legal professionals, he does not limit his practice to the type of invidividual he represents - many are in other professions, or students or individuals needing a defense to criminal charges, Representation is avaialable  prior to the filing of criminal charges in grand jury proceedings or in response to other inquiries from the government.

 

Brian is a native Miamian and a certified sommelier. (He's kinda proud of that)

I never thought I would find myself in need of a lawyer to represent me, let alone a criminal defense lawyer. Thank God I was referred to Brian Tannebaum. I will never forget my first meeting with Brian; I was depressed and very distraught over the events that led to the situation I found myself in. Brian first listened more as a friend then a lawyer; he was able to develop a strategic plan on our position and was able to effectively communicate that plan to me step by step. He provided timely updates on a regular basis, and handled all media coverage both local and national. Execution is the most important part of any plan and Brian was able to execute our strategic plan flawlessly. When your personal and professional life depends on having the right lawyer and law firm on your team, don’t gamble on your outcome, having Brian and his team of professional's representing you is a pretty safe bet.

"In the early I990's I was fortunate to supervise a group of lawyers at the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office. They were a very tight knit group. Rarely does a group of attorneys come along as special. Three of the attorneys have become distinguished state court judges and one was recently nominated to become a federal court judge in Miami. Not to take anything away from these jurists, I have to say a word or two about Brian Tannebaum. Anyone could see way back in 1993 that Brian was a burgeoning superstar!
