Robert Malove is an expert Criminal Trial lawyer. Mr. Malove is distinguished trial lawyer with more than 35 years of experience in federal and state courts. To stay on top of all of the latest developments in the healthcare fraud area of his legal practice, Mr. Malove completed post-graduate studies in Healthcare Corporate Compliance at George Washington University and furthered his comprehensive knowledge in the various state and federal laws regarding healthcare fraud and corporate compliance. Consistent with staying on the cutting edge of developments in criminal defense, one of Mr. Malove’s signature trademarks, he earned a Masters Degree in Forensic Science, from the George Washington University in 1981, long before forensic science became part of our everyday lexicon. Before that, Mr. Malove was conferred a BS in the Administration of Justice from The American University School of Justice. He has served as a guest commentator on COURT-TV and maintains membership in the National Association of Criminal Defense lawyers and Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Mr. Malove is a Founding Member of the National College for DUI Defense. Mr. Malove has extensive experience in the area of pill mill defense and represents the Florida Academy of Pain Medicine, Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, American Academy of Pain Management, and Florida Society of Neurology and filed an amicus curiae brief in federal court challenging the constitutionality of the Florida statutes regulating the operation of pain clinics, i.e., pill mills.

My teenage son made a very poor choice on Easter Eve with what he thought would be a funny "prank". Well not so funny whatsoever. On Easter my son was a nervous wreck and on his own accord called Mr. Malove. Not only did someone answer on Easter Sunday they took the time to speak with my son at great... length. The next day I called and spoke with Mr. Malove personally. What an amazing man. Completely took a mom's worry away and gave my soul peace of mind. He had a plan for each of the possible scenarios that could play out and I felt confident that whichever were to happen my son was in excellent caring educated hands. Everything appears to have worked out in my son's favor. Mr. Malove is an honest and extremely fair man, one of those stellar people that the world needs more of these days. I would use his services again and highly recommend Mr. Malove!

I would love to praise Attorney Robert Malove and his team for the great Job they have done on my Family member’s cases. First case the individual was sentenced to 10 years in prison already serve 5 years, Attorney Robert Malove and his team reviewed the case and noticed some evidences that could ha...ve used for the defendant and was ignored. Took over the case and caught the sentence in half. Second defendant had a warrant involving unpaid traffic citations while driving with a learner’s permit. Attorney Robert Malove took the case and resolved everything. I highly recommend his office to anyone in need of a lawyer to represent them as a Criminal defense, DUI and DWI, Domestic violence.

Best attorney of all time!!! 3 felonies, 2 misdemeanors ALL DROPPED IN 36 HOURS!!! The Best...

Last month I had the unfortunate situation of being falsely accused for domestic violence. My ex-girlfriend, who struggles with alcohol abuse, was coming off a 3 day alcohol bender. After going on a drunken tirade of yelling, cursing and disrupting the neighborhood I finally asked her to leave. She... told me if I made her leave she would call the police. As I was walking out the door she was on the phone with 911 telling them I beat her up and threatened her with a gun. It was so ridiculous that I didn’t take it serious… until the police showed up with guns pointed at me. I was handcuffed and thrown into a police car in front of all my neighbors. I couldn’t believe the police just blindly took my ex-girlfriend’s story without questioning any of the lies she told about me. Still, I was not overly worried as I was confident somebody with common sense would realize her story was a complete fabrication. I was completely wrong!! They believed every word she said and kept me in the county jail for 3 days. I don’t need to tell you this was an unpleasant experience. When I was finally had my initial appearance I was horrified to learn I was charged with 3 felonies and 2 misdemeanors, including Domestic Battery by Strangulation and Assault with a deadly weapon. My bail was set at $35,000… I was in a panic. I decided to hire a local lawyer who was a former prosecutor. Over the next 10 days this lawyer would only talk over the phone, was always too busy to talk, and never returned any of my calls. I called the lawyer on a Saturday to discuss something important and was told not to bother him/her on the weekend I knew I made a mistake. I began immediately began researching lawyers and found Robert Malove, the greatest lawyer of all time!!!!!! He took my call on a Saturday, during which, he listened to my entire story and told me exactly what he would do and laid out a strategy moving forward. He spoke to me on the phone for hours and even had a follow up call the next day on Sunday. I could not believe the difference between Mr. Malove and my prior attorney. I immediately started to feel better and finally felt like I had someone in my corner fighting for me!!! After reviewing the documentation Mr. Malove come to the conclusion my ex-girlfriend’s story made no sense and was full of holes. With complete confidence Mr. Malove developed a strategy. He sat down with me and went over every detail of the police report, pointing out dozens of contradictions in her story, as well as, the various mistakes made by the police. Mr. Malove was fully confident he could expose all of these lies and contradictions during a sworn deposition. He would essentially lock my ex-girlfriend into her side of story, which he would then be able to pick apart during my trial. I couldn’t believe how much better I felt about my future. Mr. Malove had ALL OF THE CHARGES DROPPED WITHIN 36 HOURS of me retaining him as my attorney. From being wrongly accused, having my ex-girlfriend tell lies about me, to having the police lie about me (and yes some of them will lie), to be arrested, thrown in jail, etc., to having all charges dropped within 36 HOURS of meeting him??? This is the most amazing lawyer I have ever seen. I can’t say enough good things about Robert Malove. If you get into any trouble at all… JUST HIRE HIM!!!!!! In conclusion I cannot thank MR ROBERT DAVID MALOVE and his staff enough for their professionalism and integrity. His law office mission is HELPING PEOPLE DEFEND THEIR FREEDOM AND GET THEIR LIVES BACK ON TRACK AND THAT”S EXACTLY WHAT HE DID!!!!!
