Robert Malove is an expert Criminal Trial lawyer. Mr. Malove is distinguished trial lawyer with more than 35 years of experience in federal and state courts. To stay on top of all of the latest developments in the healthcare fraud area of his legal practice, Mr. Malove completed post-graduate studies in Healthcare Corporate Compliance at George Washington University and furthered his comprehensive knowledge in the various state and federal laws regarding healthcare fraud and corporate compliance. Consistent with staying on the cutting edge of developments in criminal defense, one of Mr. Malove’s signature trademarks, he earned a Masters Degree in Forensic Science, from the George Washington University in 1981, long before forensic science became part of our everyday lexicon. Before that, Mr. Malove was conferred a BS in the Administration of Justice from The American University School of Justice. He has served as a guest commentator on COURT-TV and maintains membership in the National Association of Criminal Defense lawyers and Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Mr. Malove is a Founding Member of the National College for DUI Defense. Mr. Malove has extensive experience in the area of pill mill defense and represents the Florida Academy of Pain Medicine, Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, American Academy of Pain Management, and Florida Society of Neurology and filed an amicus curiae brief in federal court challenging the constitutionality of the Florida statutes regulating the operation of pain clinics, i.e., pill mills.

Domestic violence

As a civil lawyer I know how important it is to get a specialist in the legal area that you are dealing with. When a valued client was wrongly arrested on domestic violence charges and resisting arrest, we hired Mr. Malove to assist him because I do not practice criminal law. Mr. Malove and his ...staff provided above-and-beyond service, explaining the process along the way and providing a sympathetic ear and knowledgable guidance. Mr. Malove was on the phone with us on multiple occasions over a weekend, texting and answering questions. Every time we called him he answered the phone personally and answered all questions. He was knowledgable, compassionate and effective. He not only knew the law, but was able to explain it in an easy to understand way, and also explained the strategy behind certain decisions. I was able to observe him in court and he had a professional, quick thinking and effective demeanor that the judge responded to. Because of this he was basically able to get one of the charges dropped at the first appearance. Throughout the case Mr. Malove remained responsive and engaged despite handling numerous other higher penalty cases. In the end, all the charges were ultimately dismissed against my client because of Mr. Malove's expertise and his reputation in the legal community. There was no doubt in my mind that the prosecutor did not want to proceed on an iffy charge against such a powerful adversary. *Mr. Malove's paralegal/intake person was extremely compassionate and knowledgeable as well, as was his office staff. The intake person/paralegal returned our initial call within minutes and put us directly in contact with Mr. Malove on a Sunday morning. He was extremely compassionate and knowledgable in his own right. * Mr. Malove also worked within the confines of the restrictions in place due to Covid, and worked with the alleged victim (who never wanted to press charges and told the officers they were mistaken in making the arrest) to obtain an affidavit from the alleged victim that lead to the dismissal of the charges.

Excellent knowledge, integrity, authentic, master negotiator & cares about you!

I called Mr. Malove's office on a Saturday night in desperation for help. Mr. Malove's paralegal called me within 20 minutes. Then Mr. Malove called me and we met the next day!!! Unheard of that level of service & care on a weekend. If you are looking for a lawyer that cares, will listen to you, ...bring years of experience & knowledge, secured a better than expected outcome with a staff that is beyond helpful and available look no further. From the minute I met with Mr. Malove he immediately listened to me, provided me with a detailed plan for the best possible outcome (no jail time), always available night & day & weekends as well as his staff. Mr. Malove always checked in with me. helped me understand the legalities of my case. He answered every question, concern and fears that I had. I knew by the end of the meeting that Mr. Malove not only was a master of law but also would have my best interest at heart and not his profit. Best Attorney ever!

If you are reading this, it is because you or a loved one is looking to hire a criminal defense attorney. I know what that is like. I was in your shoes. I was facing BIG trouble. I was involved in a fatal car accident and was charged with vehicular homicide. I suffered serious injuries and had n...o recollection of what happened. I was scared. Me and my family were desperate and filled with worry. My family and I scoured the internet to find the best attorney. We were not just looking to hire anyone. We wanted an attorney with exceptional skills. Someone with integrity and who had a big heart. We wanted an attorney with excellent people skills. After sifting through scores of websites of qualified attorneys, ultimately, we came across Robert Malove. We read his clients' testimonials. We read reviews of people who, just like me, and now just like you, who didn't know where to turn, who did their homework and who had hired Robert Malove. Five-star review after 5-star review testified about how Robert much cared about them, how he maneuvered his way through the criminal justice system and how he was able to achieve great results for them. Every attorney claims that they are the best, but for a hundred and fifty former clients to say it, we figured it had to be true. So, we hired Robert. He appeared for me at bond court on a moment's notice. The judge knew him and greeted him cordially. He went to work. True to his word, Robert left no stone unturned in his effort to defend me. He hired an accident reconstructionist. He investigated automotive recalls. Still, the charges were so serious and that me and my family were worried sick and afraid that I would end up in prison. The Florida Criminal Punishment Code said the lowest permissible sentence was 11 years in prison. No matter, Robert pressed on. Robert is a deeply religious man. He even delivered letters from me and my family to the Wailing Wall in Jerusalem. Ultimately, Robert was able to convince the prosecutor and the judge to allow me to be sentenced as a youthful offender. This meant that my punishment was now capped at a 6-year prison term. But Robert wasn't satisfied. He pressed further. He met with the judge and the prosecutor. Robert persuaded them to not lock me up. Ultimately, I was sentenced as a Youthful Offender and will be on house arrest without an electronic monitor followed by some probation. On top of that, I am not a convicted felon and am not going to prison. In my heart of hearts, I do not think that any other attorney could have accomplished for me what Robert was able to do. The bottom line is if you or someone you know is looking to hire an exceptionally qualified criminal defense attorney, look no further. Pick up the phone and call Robert Malove now. The only thing more expensive than an experienced, knowledgeable criminal defense and litigation attorney, is an inexperienced attorney. Robert is truly an expert in criminal defense strategies, in and out of the court room. When one’s life, future, career, and freedom are at stake, you can’t affor...d a good attorney – you need the BEST of the BEST. I can’t go into details, but Robert saved my 18 year old son’s future from a stupid mistake and police coercion, as well as taking advantage of the fact he did not know his legal rights. As a result, my son is now completing his undergraduate degree and working successfully in his chosen career. I will forever be grateful to Robert – he literally saved my son’s future.
