Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
Ironically I first met Tim as an opposing counsel and we "butted" heads on bankruptcy law, though I am a member of the Florida Bar I was living in Chicago and needed a local BK attorney in Miami to assist me since I would not be able to make court appearances. I asked some attorneys who I trust who I should seek out as the go to BK attorney to co-counsel with me and 2 of them said TIM KINGCADE :-) Well that was a problem I said since he would be the opposing counsel, hahaha. We wound up resolving the matter but kept in contact regarding BK laws, changes, handling certain matters and issues and I have seen him in action when I have visited his office. He knows his stuff, cares about the clients, is organized and follows through.
