Strong recommend

My experience with Ms. Tarafa was at first a difficult one as my case was being investigated and discovery and depositions were being scheduled. I was facing up to 15 years in Federal Prison. Ms. Tarafa's demeanor is that of a pitbull in a skirt when it comes to defending her clients, regardless of g...uilt. Her background having worked for the State Attorney serves as an excellent frame of reference in her negotiations. She's upfront with her clients, but also empathetic enough to get to know who she's dealing with. After negotiations with the State, Ms. Tarafa was able to assist me in a plea deal and sentencing that was favorable and was able to help me "avoid the worse case scenario." If you find yourself in a tough legal situation, you want Ms. Tarafa on your side - she will give you all the facts and those are scary to hear most of the time, but she will also assist you in assuring that, as she told me after my first hearing, "will fight to get you the results that are best for your lifestyle." She certainly delivered, I'm writing this review from work and I can carry on with my life under community control, no tether, with reporting to a PO once a week which is certainly better than 15 years in Federal Prison that would've stripped me of a normal life. I am forever indebted to Ms. Tarafa for her determination to assist her clients.

An excellent Criminal Defense Attorney that will defend you !!!

I haven't had the best experience with lawyers in the past. But, Ms. Nina Tarafa had our complicated case and did beyond wonders for us with a huge victory. When I met her for the first time, I heard a knowledgeable professional with a logical course of action to successfully win the case. She is ...competent, highly skilled, understanding, compassionate, displays the highest ethics, and is aggressive in court when she has to be and she never gives up on the case. She keeps you informed, always makes herself available as soon as she is able to, even if it is just to see how you are doing, she shows you exactly the work and plan that she is going to be presenting for you in court. Ms. Nina Tarafa was a former Chief Prosecutor for Miami Dade County, so she really knows the strategies and tactics to use in your defense in court by already having the experience of being on both sides of the judicial system and court room. She is the only attorney from now on that my family and I will be going to for any legal matter. The best legal counsel can be the very difference between an acquittal or a conviction. Because of that I highly recommend Ms. Nina Tarafa without any hesitation. Thanks Nina and God Bless!

Best Criminal Defense Attorney - Period!

I was in a frustrating dilemma with no way out and a criminal justice system entirely against me. I already had a bad experience with lawyers in the past and was interviewing lawyers all over again and it was all the same song and dance. But not Nina Tarafa. Attorney Nina Tarafa is exactly what a cri...minal defense attorney should be. I could not have asked for a more thorough, compassionate and downright tenacious attorney with brilliant defense strategies and tactics forming out of thin air like magic that can easily frustrate any prosecutor from here to kingdom come. She is like a chess master in the judicial playing field knowing exactly when to move and where to move to win a case. Ms. Tarafa plays nice when she has to and aggressive when it calls for it to defend me in my case and any client without losing her cool or professionalism. No case is too big or small for her. She immediately saw the flaws in my case and it gave me the confidence and the relief I needed. I even brought a friend to court for one of my hearings and he was impressed by the way she controlled the court and my friend immediately wants to drop his lawyer and he asked me for Ms. Tarafa’s contact. Three hearings on my probation case and she had the prosecutors not object to my motion to terminate probation “TWICE not once but TWICE on two of the three separate hearings. I don’t even know why the prosecutors even tried in the first place but attorney Nina Tarafa just fired back and dismantled their attack swiftly. The last hearing only took “15 seconds” and my judge terminated by probation 2 years early. Thank you Nina. You are the best.
