Biography
Georgina Blanco-Elias graduated with Honors from Florida International University in 2001, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration Degree with a concentration in Finance. She earned her Juris Doctor Degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2004.
Georgina, a Miami native is familiar with the South Florida real estate market. She operates a boutique law practice in Miami, where she specializes in matters pertaining to Real Estate, Estate planning, and Landlord & Tenant issues. She also has a strong private lender clientele whom she represents not only in drawing up loan documents but also in the collection of the debts for defaulting borrowers.
Having a very strong Real Estate background dating back to her youth working in a family of real estate professionals and learning the ins and outs of the business since a very young age sets her apart. She has a passion for her practice and for representing her clients feverantly in matters ranging from simple purchases, refinances to complex matters in the commercial arena.
She prides herself in providing her clients with excellent service on a variety of levels. She is fluent in both English and Spanish giving her the ability to effectively represent South Florida clients comprising of the mostly Spanish speaking variety.

Amazing attorney for closings
I worked with attorney Blanco for the closing of my home, she was amazing, responsive, and i felt that she had my best interest throughout the whole process.
