Biography
Ms. Cruz received her law degree from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center where she graduated in the top ten of her class. Marisol completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Massachusetts Boston and earned a Master’s degree in Italian Studies from Prescott College. Ms. Cruz is fluent in Spanish and Italian and currently working towards German fluency.
For twelve years, including during her time at law school, Ms. Cruz worked as a paralegal and law clerk to criminal defense and civil litigation attorneys in all aspects of case and trial preparation.
Since becoming an attorney, Marisol has assisted clients with Divorce, Modification of Child Support, Modification and Enforcement of Marital Settlement Agreements, Time-sharing and Parenting Plans, Alimony and Child Support, and Domestic Violence matters. Ms. Cruz also has experience in representing individuals and corporate entities in civil litigation, including owners with Homeowner Association or Condo Association issues.
