Marck Joseph is a BEAST!!! He represented me in my paternity action. While the other attorney was rude, impatient, and very disrespectful. Marck was calm and didn't let anything phase him. When it was his time to speak, he stuck to the point but DESTROYED opposing counsel. To the point where I was awarded my attorneys fees on top of all the time I got with my children. The most important issue in this case for me was to have equal or as close to equal timesharing with our children. After all the accusations of abuse and neglect , my outcome could not of been better. My final order gave me shared parental responsibilities with very close to equal timesharing.
