Mr. Nadkarni has drafted several patent applications across various scientific fields for both utility and design patents, successfuly filed and received several federal trademark registrations, and copyright protected several artistic and musical works. Mr. Nadkarni has defended business owners in Trademark Opposition Proceedings with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. He has also successfully litigated in the Southern and Northern District of Florida and the Northern District of Illinois Federal Courts in Intellecutal Property matters against big corporation(s).

Mr.Kautsubh helped us register our brand! We tried to do this for 3 years with different lawyers and were refused. We wasted money and time. He carefully studied our case and gave us recommendations on how to get a result. We submitted new application with him and he was absolutely right! We registered the logo and then the word! Now we have a two registered trademarks! Kaustubh Nadkarni is honest, professional lawyer at a very reasonable price. We had a very difficult case and he helped us to get the result!!!
