I initially hired Karim for my divorce, and while the process went smoothly, it was clear that most of the work was handled by his staff. Because of that decent experience, I decided to rehire him for a custody modification. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a major mistake. After paying him upfro...nt, he failed to complete the job and completely stopped communicating with me. Taking money and then abandoning a client—especially a single mother—is completely unethical. I trusted him to handle something deeply important, and instead, I was left without representation and out the money I paid. In my opinion, this kind of behavior is dishonest and unprofessional. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for an attorney who values integrity and follow-through.

I hired this attorney with the expectation of receiving competent and professional legal representation. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. Throughout the process, I felt that the attorney was not fully engaged with my case and did not provide the level of attention or dili...gence I anticipated. There were frequent delays in communication, and I often had to follow up multiple times to get updates. I also felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, which left me feeling unsupported during a difficult time. Additionally, the strategy employed by the attorney seemed poorly thought out, and I had concerns about a lack of preparation for important meetings and hearings. Karim has been such an asset in the handling of my case. I don't think we could've gotten such a quick and decisive answer regarding everything if it hadn't been for him.
