EMILY JOYCE PHILLIPS is the founder at Miami Family Law Group.
Ms. Phillips is a native of Ohio and graduated with her law degree from Case Western Reserve University in 2002 as well as her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Miami University in 1999.
Ms. Phillips began her law career in Miami and she is a member of The Florida Bar, Dade County Bar Association, an active Board Member of Kidside (nonprofit organization whose goal is to assist families in divorce and paternity cases). Ms. Phillips has served as a Guardian ad Litem in many cases representing best the interests of children.
Ms. Phillips is a member of Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund and issues title insurance through Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and handles all related escrow and closing services for both residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Ms. Phillips is an active member of and eligible to practice in the United States of Florida Southern District Federal Court and the United State of Florida Middle District Federal Court.
