My husband and I and our 3 kids have been in this country for almost 20 years - after a couple of immigration processes and LONG waiting periods, our oldest daughter, my husband and I had finally gotten our residency… ours was a complex employment sponsorship case that had begun in Connecticut over 1...5 years ago, but suffice to say that finally, in these past 6 months, our two sons' turn to get their Green Cards had come due and to our immense shock USCIS sent us two different letters - one revoking the previously approved Green Card and the other outright denying it! We were absolutely devastated as nothing was more important than having our two sons get their Green Cards as time for college was coming up. It was unbelievably fast and we were so blessed to even have the CIS agent who reopened the cases contact our lawyer Iara by phone and request just updated medical exams, saying that she would reopened and approve both Green Cards. We could not be happier and more thankful to Iara Morton who truly advocates for her clients not only with her impressive intellect, but also with her heart. We hired attorney Iara Morton in 2009 when she changed our Religious Visa to Student Visas. Parallel to that, I found an employer who wanted to sponsor me in a labor certification case. Attorney Jonathan got our labor certification approved and later on Dra. Iara got our I-140 approved as well. Du...ring many years we could only study and kept praying for our priority date to come due. Finally, in the end of 2013 it became current and Dra. Iara filed for our adjustments in 2014.
