I represent and counsel clients in numerous areas of law (over 36 years) and serve as a Circuit Court Mediator (guiding parties to settlement of their litigation or insurance claims) (over 10 years). My extensive litigation experience, being "around the block" in the legal field, enhances my skills as a mediator, and my mediation training/experience enhances my skills as a legal advocate and counselor.

City cemetery issue

I had some issues with the city cemetery due to negligence on their part and I didn’t know what course of action to take. I contacted Mr. Baron for a consultation and with his recommendations, the issue was fixed in my favor. Thank you Mr. Baron, may your kindness be rewarded tenfold.

Charles Baron Personal Review

Mr. Baron did a great job representing my company in a case against a marketing company that breached its contract to give my company marketing leads. We prevailed and obtained a money judgment, and the defendant company then incredibly refused to pay the judgment debt. Mr. Baron then went after the defendant's assets, garnishing its bank account, and the bank had to pay us the judgment debt PLUS attorney's fees, court costs, and interest.

Mr Martinez

Mr. Baron represented my company when it was wrongfully sued by someone who blamed my company for something a different company had done. He was able to convince the other side to drop the case against my company. He had reasonable fees. Before I initially consulted Mr. Baron, I consulted another attorney who quoted me up-front fees that were more than double what Mr. Baron charged me for the case. Mr. Baron was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend him for all legal assistance. Some of the things that impressed me the most were his honesty and willingness to help. Mr. Baron did a great job of representing me in a lawsuit against me by an insurance company that sued me after someone else driving my car caused an accident. The insurance company went after me for the money that they had allegedly paid to other other driver. After Mr. Baron kept pounding the insurance company for documentation for their claim, they eventually gave up and dropped the lawsuit against me. I would highly recommend Mr. Baron for any type of lawsuit or claim

Low key, high competence.

My son was wronged by a dishonest employer. Friends recommended lawyers who ended up declining our case due to it's complexity. We found Charles on Avvo. He researched the law and agreed to take our case. He listened to us, he kept us aware of the progress of our case, and he shut down opposing counsel when he threatened to countersue us. Charles politely schooled him on the law, letting him know that was not an option. That's when I knew we had the right lawyer.

Mr. Baron is a qualified honest attorney

A hothead Florida state trooper was sicced on me by a dishonest Publix manager, his best friend. The trooper and an accomplice physically attacked me and illegally arrested me. Disregarding his oath to obey the law. Both the Publix manager and the trooper refused to take responsibility for their crimes. In addition, Publix corporation absolutely failed ethically to admit their employee's crime or to do the right thing after, under the belief that the law does not apply to them. Mr. Baron hung in there through all of their delaying tactics and their lies and eventually obtained a settlement. I commend Mr. Baron. He is an honest lawyer. It is very difficult to go up against police who break the law.

Mr. Baron was a blessing in helping me settle my case!

Mr. Baron successfully represented me in a discrimination matter against a retail store in South Florida, where I was treated differently than others of a different race. Very Helpful

I was helped very quickly. They explained to me what I wanted and I appreciate their time. As he stated, it was not OFFICIAL ADVICE, but it helped never the less. Sadly, I don't have the funds to hire a lawyer to just go over things that may or may not work, so this was the best I could do, ask questions, and Michael was able to answer.

Charles gave me information that I didn't want to hear

Charles gave me information that I didn't want to hear ! But it was very important information about the rule of law. I thought I had a slam dunk libel case against a news paper. But Charles informed me that words like sexual assault and simple assault can be under stood to be the same thing to some attorneys. Charles may have saved me a lot money. Thanks Charlie. OUTSTANDING ATTORNEY

Mr. Baron represented me in a Fla. Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH) case challenging the Fla. Dept. of Law Enforcement's denial of my challenge requesting a change to a passing grade on the Corrections Officer Certification Examination. He did an outstanding job, and we succeeded, which gave me the certification I needed to be promoted. I highly recommend him.

Excellent attorney; none better

Mr. Baron tirelessly represented me in a heavily-litigated residential real estate dispute in which the seller of the home I purchased concealed major construction defects resulting in the home becoming non-habitable. He did an excellent job fending off the opposing attorneys' numerous, lengthy attempts to get their client off the hook, and we were able to settle the case. I highly recommend him. I could not have had a better attorney. Anyone would be lucky to have him on your side.

CHALLENGE TO CITY OF NORTH MIAMI BEACH INAPPROPRIATELY REZONING LAND TO ALLOW HIGH-RISE NEXT TO PARK
Developer dropped project in face of Mr. Baron's persuasive lawsuit petition.

Land Use/Zoning Case Against County and Developer of Storage Facility
Appellate Court quashed Circuit Court's approval of County Commission, and the Court invalidated the County's use of a "fundamental fairness" provision in the County zoning code that the County was using to allow developers to deviate from the code.

False Arrest Due to Mistaken Identity; 10 Days in Jail
Persuaded Fed. Dist. Court to deny City's and police officer's motion to dismiss complaint for arrest due to mistaken identity. The case then settled. Decision published at 992 F.Supp. 1365 (S.D. Fla. 1997).
