For over twenty-five years, Dana M. Gallup has represented both employers, including many small to medium sized businesses, and employees in every aspect of employment law, including separation (severance) agreements, non-compete agreements, employment agreements, discrimination claims, retaliation claims, wage and hour (FLSA minimum wage and overtime) claims, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and whistleblower actions.  Mr. Gallup has been awarded an AV Preeminent peer rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been designated as a Super Lawyer in the area of Employment Law for the years 2009, 2010 and 2013-2020. Mr. Gallup has also been certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a civil circuit court mediator and has obtained Florida Supreme Court certified training as an arbitrator, conducting both mediations and arbitrations in employment law cases.

An attorney that other attorney's go to when in need
I’ve been an attorney for over 30 years. Yet when a close family member had an urgent employment related issue arise, I knew that they needed someone whose practice was focused on employment and labor law. Dana was of immense help to us and his sage advice achieved the best possible outcome. There's simply no one else I'd go to when it comes to employment and labor law.

Achievement on Employment Compensation
Mr. Gallup was a skillful negotiator who looked out for my best interest by pursuing additional compensation through a counter offer that awarded me close to two years of severance pay rather than one. He utilized clear and deliberate strategies with confidence from his prior experience with the organization involved. I highly recommend Mr. Gallup. Honest, Excellent, with a Great Team who will Stand Behind You
I hired Dana for an employment law issue that other consults seemed uninterested in. He worked to get me a very fair settlement, managed my concerns and stress during the entire process, and finalized everything in under six months. His entire team is great, especially Mary. Always there when you need them most
Our agency has relied on the services of Dana Gallup's firm for years and have always had positive experiences. Mr. Gallup as well as the rest of his team have always been very responsive to our needs, and always available when we have needed them most. Recently, with very short notice, we needed them to help us resolve a challenging situation and immediately Mr. Gallup was on the phone with us, helping us resolve our issue. Professional, Respectful and Gets Results
I will be forever grateful that a friend referred me to Dana Gallup for help with a labor concern. Had never engaged an attorney for anything other than a real estate transaction, and was uncomfortable doing so. Mr. Gallup immediately put me at ease.
