I represent and counsel clients in numerous areas of law (over 39 years) and serve as a Circuit Court Mediator (guiding parties to settlement of their litigation or insurance claims) (over 13 years). My extensive litigation experience, being "around the block" in the legal field, enhances my skills as a mediator, and my mediation training/experience enhances my skills as a legal advocate and counselor.

Free consultations for personal injury, wrongful death, police brutality, criminal defense cases and some other matters, and reasonable consultation fees for commercial, employment, land use/zoning and general practice matters. I have represented clients in just about every type of court (civil, criminal, family, domestic violence, juvenile, probate, State, Federal, trial, appellate, etc.), as well as before many county and municipal boards and Federal, State, and local administrative agencies (such as zoning boards, code enforcement, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board, Fla. Public Employees Relations Commission, and Fla. Division of Administrative Hearings).

Appellate Court quashed Circuit Court's approval of County Commission, and the Court invalidated the County's use of a "fundamental fairness" provision in the County zoning code that the County was using to allow developers to deviate from the code.
