Jeffrey Phillip Gale

Jeffrey P. Gale, P.A. is a South Florida based law firm committed to the judicial system and to representing and obtaining justice for individuals - the poor, the injured, the forgotten, the voiceless, the defenseless and the damned, and to protecting the rights of such people from corporate and government oppression. We do not represent government, corporations or large business interests. Jeff Gale, the President of the firm, and his wife Kelly are Miami natives. 

While prompt resolution of your legal matter is our goal, our approach is fundamentally different. Our clients are "people" and not "cases" or "files." We take the time to build a relationship with our clients, realizing that only through meaningful interaction can we best serve their needs. In this manner, we have been able to best help those requiring legal representation.

Our firm concentrates on representing individuals involved in workplace accidents (workers' compensation), harmed in motor vehicle crashes and premises liability incidents, and those damaged by medical malpractice and defective products. We also represent the survivors of loved ones who have died through negligence others (known as Wrongful Death). This focus and attention has prepared us to recognize, understand and address the important issues. We work aggressively to see that our clients receive all necessary and proper medical care, recover their lost wages, are reimbursed for property damage, and are fully and fairly compensated for pain and suffering damages. Our primary goal is to make our clients whole. For catastrophic injuries, especially, achieving this goal is time consuming and arduous. Our firm understands this from the outset and relishes the challenge. Nothing gratifies us more than having satisfied clients at the end of tough battles.
