Excellent Answers to my questions concerning HOA in my community.
I had questions about the HOA restricting owners about rentals. She answered my questions and quoted law to back up her answers. If our HOA amends the Declaration or tries to enforce the restrictions, Barbara Stage is the only attorney I will be seeking.

Knowledgable and great work ethics
She is not the type that says: it is possible, we can try we could do that but/ if... She is very accurate in her answers, knows the HOA law very well and seems to be a fighter, I am in the process of seeking advice from her.
