Knowledgeable and cost effective.
John handled several cases for me over the years and I have always been able to rely on his advice. His extensive knowledge in the real estate area is clearly superior for this part of Florida. His billings have always been very reasonable, especially considering the results obtained.

Do not reccomend
He was a nice person at the first meeting we had. However he did not complete the job and did not return the money for a service that was not necessary to be done. Do not recommend.
