I normally do not leave reviews on anything, after the wonderful experience I had with Mr.Walton I could not keep it to myself. I called Mr. Walton's office because I needed some assistance settling a few charge offs. Not only did he help me solve my problem he also educated me on the process as well. He thoroughly explained everything to me, I have never felt more comfortable speaking to an attorney.

Extraordinary and Outstanding
It was last minute for my case to find a lawyer and I prayed God show me someone who would understand and explain everything to me correctly. Then I found Mr. Walton! He was so well spoken, explain everything thoroughly and always kept me updated about our case. He was so polite and always had different options if something didn’t work out. There was always a way! I would recommend him to anyone that needs a true lawyer! Thank you Mr. Walton again for everything.!

Outstanding.
I had a situation with my property a condominium and it was going to foreclose and the Saturday was coming up, where the bank did not want to move forwarded with me. I called on Attorney Kenneth and he turned the tables around for me by explaining my options. I recommend Attorney Kenneth, to anyone who is going to foreclose he's well-rounded with knowledge.

Great lawyer and great firm.
Of the numerous things that I spent money on in the last year, The Walton Firm was the the best. My security services business is far better because of them. Kenneth is a magnificent negotiator. He and his firm helped me resolve a contentious dispute involving my contract and the service level guarantee that could have financially ruined me. I just didn't want to get terminated and sued, instead they got me a better deal. His firm was not cheap, but very fair with their billing. The Walton Firm was worth the money from the consequences that they prevented. However, Kenneth more than paid for himself by getting me new and better terms. I absolutely recommend him for any kind of contract dispute.

Quick Response and Thorough Consultation!
Wow - Mr. Walton provided excellent consultation for a for sale by owner real estate contract going wrong. Even though the issue has resolved itself for now, he still took the extra time to understand the entire situation, explain the threats possibly looming ahead, and asked me to follow up with him after closing just to make sure I am truly OK. He is also a licensed real estate agent and is willing to represent me in future real estate transactions. For anyone looking for advice and support before, during, and after a real estate transaction, please give Mr. Walton a call. Thank you again Sir!

Attorney Kenneth Walton advised me as it relates to handling a foreclosure case. Attorney Walton returned my telephone calls first, secondly he was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and he impressed me so very much because he was one of the most professional attorney’s I have ever met. He consulted with me over the telephone and spent an enormous amount time explaining the legal ramifications of my case. Based on his many years of experience, Attorney Walton was able to completely explain my options for foreclosure which resulted in a more informed decision being executed. I am not sure that I would have been able to deal with the entire foreclose matter without his patience and expertise. Each and every time he returned my telephone call without hesitation and answered all my questions during each telephone conversation. I would highly recommend Attorney Walton to any of my colleagues, family members or friends. An attorney like Mr. Walton allows the general public like me the opportunity to trust the legal profession. Thanks Attorney Walton, you saved my family in a way that words can not express. I appreciate you.

Great guy
Had a lengthy convo with Me. Walton on the issues I'm having. He went over with me what could be done, but before trying to start anything, he gave me some great pointers to try first to get the situation resolved before having to go through the whole case. Will see if it works, but if anything, seems like he will be able to get everything taken care of for me. Thanks

good chapter 13 lawyer
Mr. Walton took over my chapter 13 after I was told that I had to surrender my house or case will get dismissed. Instead we got my trustee plan and loan modification approve. I wish him was my only lawyer but glad he was the second one.

Moving Forward
It was great working with Ken. I went to Ken because I wanted someone to help me brainstorm about starting my own business. Ken informed me on what I needed to do to create a company in the state that I live in. He explained what I needed to do to start an LLC. He discussed with me the pros and cons of creating space in my house for a home office or to lease office space. He discussed various ways for me to market my business and my skills. He also discussed ways in which I could protect my intellectual property. He has been very patient and understanding in answering my questions and explaining things to me.

Excellent Condo Law Attorney
Excellent Condo Law Lawyer I have been licensed in Florida as a Community Association Manager and as a Real Estate Agent for 15+ years. Additionally, I have and MBA. As such, I have had the opportunity to work with a lot of smart people in business, property management and real estate, and Ken Walton qualifies as one of the top people in all three categories. We first met when I was managing a 200 unit building in Downtown Miami. We had a warranty dispute with our fire control systems, and two vendors threatening to sue us over contracts that the developer made prior to turnover. The board president for that association was a very experienced trial attorney and recommend that the board interview Ken, due to his strong litigation skills to solve the problem. Ken negotiated a better agreement with the fire control system company. We paid nothing to the one vendor, because he found ambiguity in their contract. Surprisingly, the other vendor ended up owing the association a small amount of money. Ken was better than advertised. However, what really made him good was that he was more committed to preventing problems more than any attorney with whom I have worked. He would just call the office sometimes and ask questions or make general recommendations at no charge. Also, every year before a new law affecting associations would change, he would send an email about the change and how we should change our form letters and procedures months in advance. I definitely recommend him for anyone needing a good negotiator or litigator, and especially if it involves condo association law or homeowner association law.

Good Experience
I found Kenneth on Avvo, it started with a basic Avvo consultation which further turned into me hiring Kenneth for his services. I appreciated his passion to help and his persistence to pursue my case. He shed some light on the matter and also offered me some alternative view points that didn't even occur to me. If I find myself in a situation again where I need legal advice I would certainly reach out to Kenneth. His number is now stored in my phone.

Excellent Lawyer
Mister Kenneth is the type of lawyer that you should want to keep on speed dial. He is very efficient and gets the job done promptly. He helped me avoid to file bankruptcy by getting a collection lawsuit dismissed and removed on my credit .I would recommend him to friends and family.

Great business lawyer. Very smart and very fair.
Kenneth has represented me personally once and two of my businesses multiple times. He has been terrific at getting dismissals and having the other side pay me for legal fees. Even in cases that he has settled in pre-suit. Also, Ive had lawyers that shook me down for every penny, nickle and dime. They billed me for each call, email, text, fax, paper clip, staple, mile even dinners. Kenneth excludes more of our phone calls than he includes, and always tells me what things to do myself. Its nice to know that your lawyers are really on your team and working for you, not just for themselves.

Client
After a long successful career, I incurred additional post graduate mounting student loans and other debts--drowning! I was facing the uncertainty and the challenges that seem beyond any possible solutions in-sight. Attorney Kenneth Edward Walton II took on my case and did not make me feel like a debtor--a financial failure, and he assured me that I did not have to face this monumental challenge alone, and was ready to come to Chicago and go bat for me in Illinois. His firm is experienced and highly recommended and knowledgeable about bankruptcy in Illinois. Attorney Walton is skilled and gave me total confidence every step of the way; he made me feel like a human being with hope and dignity once again! He is a well-versed attorney in the varied types of bankruptcy.

Very smart, fast and effective business lawyer.
A long time friend of mine who is a transactional lawyer referred me to Ken. Originally, I met with him, but went with a cheaper, less experienced lawyer that I knew instead. I got sick of invoices nothing to really show as progress. He just kept saying that things take time. My friend advised me to go back and talk to Ken again, and I we reach and agreement for him to take over. He immediately filed for mediation, and then got me a very nice settlement before even going there. The first lawyer had me expecting to be mucked up in the case for years. Ken was super aggressive, very smooth talker and put it to bed in weeks. His hourly rate was and higher than the fired lawyer, but Ken got more done in way less time. Got what I paid for with both lawyers. I now know better lawyers do better work, get better results, and cost less money than cheaper ones. Also, Ken did great job helping make my main service agreement more clear and protect me better.

Total Contract Nerd
I have known Kenneth for a long time and hired him for multiple things. I met him years before first hiring him, which was for a bogus new employment agreement that my employer gave us all 24 hours to sign or we were fired. He figured out that the company was taking on a new client and that the new client required stronger language for confidentiality and disclosure. He believed that my company then saw as a good opportunity to also make it harder to leave the company and work elsewhere. He modified the agreement so that there was almost no non-compete at all, and so that they couldn’t retain commissions owed to me if I left before they were paid. The company accepted the modified agreement with no problem at all. I left that company, and started my own smaller but similar company. He negotiated the lease for my business and drafted all of my client and employment agreements.

Awesome Experience
When I signed up for this service, I thought I'd get a very limited and short response. Instead, Mr. Walton took time to understand my situation and provided very detailed feedback on how I should proceed. After I conversation, he even did additional research specific to my case and called me back. Wow!
