Mr Dennis respond to me very quick and anwer all of my questions and was very honest with me. Not trying to say things I wanted to hear about a crimanal case. And after we talk I felt better and he was very reasonable with price.
After speaking with three lawyers, I hired Mr. Dennis to represent me in a simple divorce. I am in the Army Reserves and am a federal employee. Because of my U.S. government affiliations, the retirement settlement was a bit more complicated and required knowledge with U.S. codes and Office of Personnel Management (OPM) rules. Mr. Dennis is now familiar with the laws for both military and federal government divorce settlements, and I highly recommend him to anyone going through a divorce that has a federal pension at stake.
But it is more than just knowledge of the law. I'm confident in our educational system that most lawyers can look up and understand the legal jargon. There are several reasons I would highly recommend Mr. Dennis. First of all He is very responsive. I always received replies within 24 hours, and most of the time within a matter of hours. The other lawyers I considered took days to get back to me, and one of them I never spoke to, her legal assistant contacted and emailed me. Secondly, he does night try to over-inflate you chances. I found him to be honest and forthcoming, easy to talk to, and attentive. Never condescending, even though he earned a J.D. Magna Cum Laude. That tells me that he is committed to the law. Finally, I never felt he was out to make a buck. Several occasions I had stopped by, and he found time to talk to me, and did not charge me. He replied multiple times with detailed emails that I know required at least 30 minutes to research and write (after hours on two occasions), and did not charge me. Perhaps it was because of the situation and that the divorce was amicable, but he never tried to get me to push things.
To close, I would reiterate that I believe Mr. Dennis is honest, knowledgeable, fair, attentive, and responsive. I would hire him again without hesitation and recommend him to friends and family.
Mr. Dennis is a native of Panama City. He obtained both his bachelor's and law degree from Florida State University. Soon after graduating from law school he joined the 14th Judicial Circuit of Florida as Senior Staff Attorney. There he worked directly with the judges on all matters before the judiciary with an emphasis on criminal and family law. Mr. Dennis then transitioned into the corporate arena taking the position of Associate General Counsel with the Florida Dental Association in Tallahassee. There he was an advocate for the profession working in the areas of professional regulation, licensing, lobbying and business consulting.
Don returned home to Panama City and partnered with Nancy Jones Gaglio and the firm of Jones Gaglio & Dennis was born. Away from work Don enjoys golf, fishing and spending time with his wife, Alisa, and their sons.

Helped me deal with insurance company and docs after I was in an accident.
I met with Mr Dennis after being in a car accident. He was able to convince the insurance company that the guy who hit me was at fault. We were able to resolve the case and he and his firm took care of everything, even getting some of medical costs lowered. I would recommend him and his firm.

Very satisfied client.
I hired Mr Dennis and his firm to handle a commercial lease dispute. He helped me achieve a very favorable result and did so quickly. He always answered any questions I had about the process and status of the dispute; even answering my emails after hours, on the weekend and through texts. I recommend Mr Dennis to anyone looking for an attorney in the panhandle.
