Paternity Case

At the start of my Paternity case, I did not know what to do or what to expect. Timi Tucker guided me through the process, answered all my questions and concerns and kept the case on track. She was professional and caring all the way through the process. Near the end of the case Ms. Tucker was immedi...ately prepared to go to trial when the mediation agreement we thought we had with the other party looked like it was going to be rejected. Thankfully, Ms. Tucker got the mediation agreement back on track. Timi Tucker doesn't shy away from conflict, she finds the best solution for her clients and wins!

LOOK NO FURTHER!

From the first time I met Timi Tucker, I knew she was the attorney that I wanted to represent me in my divorce case. Timi possesses the perfect trifecta of qualities that make a stellar family law attorney – brilliant mind, kind soul, and fearless grit. I always felt comfortable, supported, and p...rotected with Timi in my corner. When I would be panicking about shenanigans my ex and his family were trying to pull (and trust me, there were a LOT), or when I was anxious about an upcoming hearing, Timi was a calm, reassuring presence and a fierce advocate. She always knew what needed to be done and was quick to do it, whether it was filing a motion, making a phone call, or sending a sternly worded email to the opposing counsel. In the courtroom, Timi is quick on her feet, poised, and assertive. She was always thoroughly prepared for court, and she made sure that I was thoroughly prepared as well. We spent quite a bit of time rehearsing questions and answers before court, and that was a huge boost to my confidence while testifying on the stand. I can’t leave out my praise for Timi’s legal assistant, Terri. Terri is knowledgeable and helpful and does so much to support Timi’s clients and practice. She relays messages and gets things done quickly. It is always a pleasure to talk to her. My divorce case was not an easy one. Timi excelled and delivered in every way, and I couldn’t be more pleased with her representation and with the outcome of my case. To quote her, we “faced a giant and won.” Hire her. Timi helped my husband and I through the most difficult situation we have ever faced. She was an expert at disarming a malicious person and her unscrupulous behavior. I would definitely recommend Miss Tucker for any of your difficult high conflict Family Court issues. She definitely put her personal ...touch as a mother, a human being, and a damn good attorney. By far the best.

I went through several family law attorneys before coming to Ms. Tucker on a recommendation from a top law firm in Orlando. She stood up to my ex’s when other attorneys didn’t seem to have the time or intelligence. Best possible outcome, in my case.
