Simply the best

I made a horrible mistake and married a man who was a compulsive liar and serial adulterer, who spent most of our martial assets on other women or his hobbies before filing for divorce. I was terrfied and shocked. He also had caused serious problems for the children. He was extremely psychologically ...abusive and manipulative. He had isolated me and made sure I had no money of my own. I had no idea how to handle any of the situation. I hired one attorney first who was useless and just seemed to want me to keep paying for things I could not afford, and who let my spouse simply lie about anything and everything and dispose more maritial assets. I was even more terrified. I thought I was losing my mind. When I kept trying to explain I could not afford for things to continue as they were the first attorney become very irate. I was a mess, but then I found Timi and her office. Her staff was excellent and took time to explain things to me. She put pressure where needed and had my divorce signed and completed in a few months. I even got a no contact agreement which I knew I needed, my spouse never leaves anyone alone really. She helped me feel validated and safe, which was a feeling I had not had in a very long time. His issues still have caused problems for me, and Timi is always there. She was more expensive than many of the other attorneys in the area, but she was worth her weight in gold and I don’t know what or where I would be without her and her wonderful staff. She answers emails at night and on weekends, she has good sound advice and is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to anyone facing a divorce with an extremely dishonest or abusive spouse.

Going through a divorce is never easy. It is often very emotionally, mentally, physically and financially draining. However, it need not be; choosing a superb attorney, like Timi Tucker, can make a great difference! I am extremely happy to have retained Attorney Timi. She is a first-rate attorney ...who provided aggressive and knowledgeable representation, which protected my rights during my divorce. I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. Outside of the peace of mind of knowing that I had a knowledgeable and shrewd attorney representing my cause, Timi's excellent people skills helped a lot in making the divorce experience palatable. She is personable and has a pleasant aura. She is also a great communicator and was able to translate the legal matters into simple and comprehensible dialogue. In fact, during my divorce, I learnt so much about the legal rudiments that I have developed a keen interest in the legal professional and hope to pursue legal studies in the future. Timi showed much empathy and compassion towards my situation and seemed genuinely interested in my welfare. She provided an unparallelly high level of customer service. She always kept me in the loop regarding my case and she was always available; never too busy to discuss the case or respond to any related questions. In fact, she often went above and beyond and provided responses to my questions outside of regular office hours and on weekends. Also, as a client, I was given her cell phone number which I could reach her on. In wrapping up, Timi Tucker is a great attorney who I highly recommend. Her service is great value for money and she displayed a high level of professionalism. In short, Timi made the divorce experience much easier for me.

Choose Timi Tucker!

I found Timi Tucker when I needed her most. I had never needed a lawyer before but suddenly found myself frightened, unprepared, cornered and wasn’t sure which direction to go. I chose Timi based solely on her other reviews and I’m so happy I did!! One thing I really appreciated was that Timi was alw...ays quick to answer any questions or issues I had through phone calls or emails and never made me feel like I was a bother. Timi guided me through a rough divorce - she fought for not only me, but also my children and the wonderful man that is now my husband. My case had a few special obstacles that made the situation even more difficult. However Timi kept me calm when I was scared and always knew how to respond to the other attorney to find a solution. She is very smart, doesn’t put up with bullying from the other side, and knows what little details to pay attention to that make a big impact on each individual case. She handled herself professionally with confidence and boldness when my ex threatened to sue for sole custody as a scare tactic - all while reassuring me. She made sure I received a fair settlement and was willing to go as far as I wanted to without being pushy. She was also respectful of my wishes to stay out of court and end the divorce quickly. She did everything in her power to make sure I received what was owed to me and was able to get more than I was expecting. But most importantly, she fought for me when it came to custody of my children. She went above and beyond what I was expecting and I am unbelievably grateful. Thank you Timi and Terri for being a friend and a wonderful supportive team and getting us through the most difficult year. I truly feel like I could not have found a better attorney or better person to handle my divorce! Thank you for all of your hard work and extreme kindness!! I strongly recommend Timi Tucker!

Timi Tucker is an EXCEPTIONAL lawyer and person. She handled my divorce with compassion, diligence and the highest level of professionalism. She guided me through each step of the process and prepared me for all the possibilities so that I was confident and comfortable. The highest praise was give...n to Timi by my ex-spouses lawyer when he saw Timi was my attorney. He stated to my ex, "We don't want to go to court against Mrs. Tucker." My divorce

I was so thankful that a friend recommended Timi D. Tucker to handle my divorce. Being that this was very hard and so personal for me, Timi made me feel comfortable and relaxed and really cared about my needs. She helped me understand all I was entitled and worked very diligently and timely with my c...hanges. I can't say enough about her professionalism as well as her staff, Terri. Always polite and welcoming even when I thought I was a constant bother. I left a relationship after 37 years, a relationship that I thought I had to stay in for my lifetime. Because of Timi Tucker and her staff, Terri, I was freed from a very turbulent and unhappy marriage of 32 years. I am, now, a very happy person and it shows in my everyday life and including my profession as a nurse. I can't thank you enough!
