LOOK NO FURTHER!

From the first time I met Timi Tucker, I knew she was the attorney that I wanted to represent me in my divorce case. Timi possesses the perfect trifecta of qualities that make a stellar family law attorney – brilliant mind, kind soul, and fearless grit. I always felt comfortable, supported, and p...rotected with Timi in my corner. When I would be panicking about shenanigans my ex and his family were trying to pull (and trust me, there were a LOT), or when I was anxious about an upcoming hearing, Timi was a calm, reassuring presence and a fierce advocate. She always knew what needed to be done and was quick to do it, whether it was filing a motion, making a phone call, or sending a sternly worded email to the opposing counsel. In the courtroom, Timi is quick on her feet, poised, and assertive. She was always thoroughly prepared for court, and she made sure that I was thoroughly prepared as well. We spent quite a bit of time rehearsing questions and answers before court, and that was a huge boost to my confidence while testifying on the stand. I can’t leave out my praise for Timi’s legal assistant, Terri. Terri is knowledgeable and helpful and does so much to support Timi’s clients and practice. She relays messages and gets things done quickly. It is always a pleasure to talk to her. My divorce case was not an easy one. Timi excelled and delivered in every way, and I couldn’t be more pleased with her representation and with the outcome of my case. To quote her, we “faced a giant and won.” Hire her. You’ll be happy that you did.

I would leave 10 stars if possible!!

A+++ Hands down, one of the best finds of my life has been Timi Tucker. Since my successful divorce handled by Timi, I have returned to her two times for additional needs and wouldn’t consider anyone else for a moment! She is an absolute expert and genius in her craft. THE BEST. Hands down. You want her on your side that’s for sure. And a pleasure to work with! Very understanding and helpful anytime of day any day. This was my second legal battle with my abusive ex husband. She walked me through every step of the way and fought this battle with me. She’s worth ever...y bit of what she earns.

Like most people going through a divorce I tried to keep the cost under control and hired a “low cost” attorney and what I got was someone who was more interested in giving my wife what she wanted and settling the case. She actually made my situation worse. I then researched lawyers in Brevard. I w...as impressed with Ms. Tucker’s reviews. She was the only lawyer with only perfect ratings. When I met with her I realized why. She is knowledgeable, flexible, kind and tough as nails. I was involved in a high conflict divorce which was difficult from a legal and emotional perspective. Timi was there every step of the way. She was always prompt with returning calls, e-mails and texts. My wife’s attorney was rude and disrespectful. She threw everything but the kitchen sink at us. Timi never blinked. She was always professional and stayed on course. Timi handled my case as if I was her family member. I will always be grateful for her giving me back my life. When the stakes are high and you need a compassionate skilled lawyer by you side call Timi first and you won’t waste time or money.

Mrs Tucker was a life saver!

Timi Tucker was my third attorney and I am glad that I found her. She came highly recommended, and now I understand why. Even though she was more expensive than other attorneys, she was the first to take the necessary steps to finalize my complicated divorce. What took the fist two attorneys 2 1/2 ye...ars, Mrs Tucker got finalized in less than 5 months. She was very professional, knew what to do, looked at the whole picture, didn't waste any time, always responded promptly and provided excellent emotional support for me. I wish I would have hired her in the first place. That would have saved me a lot of time and money. I can highly recommend her.
