For difficult custody situations, you want Timi Tucker on your side to protect your children

I can't give enough stars to Timi Tucker as a family law attorney. Timi is a rare breed of attorney who listens and cares. Timi is extremely bold and brave and willing to go all-in for her client and truly understands the importance of looking out for the best interest of children in custody disput...es. In my experience with family law attorney's, this is rare. She's extremely intelligent, understands all aspect of the law and local climate of the judges and others in the system. She is detail oriented, takes many notes, and it's evident that she studies and thinks about your conversations before coming to conclusions or offering advice.

Lesson Learned: Retain Attorney Tucker First

Attorney Tucker was my third Family Law attorney. I can say from experience that what I wanted in an attorney was an aggressive, detailed-oriented, and strategic minded person who was experienced and knowledgeable in Family Law. Timi was the best of those characteristics. What I did not expect was... throughout a very challenging and complex custody case, she was by my side to help me in emergencies, to explain the legal process at my level and to empathize with the issues occurring in my case. The connection, dedication, preparation, and commitment that she showed in our case provided me with a tremendous advantage over the opposing party…not to mention she’s like having Rocky in the court room. Above all else, she always had my child’s best interest as the ultimate objective of the case. I’m grateful that she was in our lives.

Highly Recommend

Timi has been my attorney for the last several years in a very complicated divorce and child custody case. I cannot say enough about how much she helped me and my child. Her knowledge of family law is unmatched, and she honestly cares about her clients. She clearly communicates throughout each step... of the case, and makes recommendations based not only on the law, but on what is truly in her clients' best interests. Timi is not only prepared, but brilliant in the Court room, and is the BEST attorney you could ever have on your side.

THE BEST. Hands down. You want her on your side that’s for sure. And a pleasure to work with! Very understanding and helpful anytime of day any day. This was my second legal battle with my abusive ex husband. She walked me through every step of the way and fought this battle with me. She’s worth ever...y bit of what she earns.
