The Best Attorney

Attorney Tucker is skillful, knowledgeable, and able to get the job done. I have a very complicated and difficult case I have been fighting for about 4 years with very little progress and results. I hired two other attorneys prior to Attorney Tucker because I thought I was saving money with their low...er retainer costs. In the long run I spent more on those two attorneys due to multiple failed court hearings, drawn out over years. I got fed up and hired Timi Tucker. I was losing hope in the situation, however Timi reignited that hope! She was encouraging, empathetic, professional, and honest. She got us results within a couple of months. Not only did she get results, she is a skillful negotiator and got more than I could hoped for in my situation. Im extremely happy with Timi Tucker. The lives of me and my children are changed because of her help. I highly recommend her for legal counsel related to family matters!

My hero!!!

This review is coming from a single mother who’s been exposed and living a life of hell through family court for the past 8 years!!! When I came to Timi i was defeated, exhausted, and faithless after 5 attorneys who were paid 100’s of thousands of dollars to only make matters worse. During the co...nsultation, Timi took her time to review the loaded history of my case (and more). She gave me her honest opinion and advices that would have benefited me whether or not I was going to hire her. That alone was priceless. I had no doubt that I finally found “the one”, my guardian angel. With my experience, I know that action speaks louder than words. I get goosebumps to even write this: Timi finished my case in less than 6 months!!! How? Compassionate, knowledgeable, determined

I retained Timi Tucker when I needed representation re: permanent alimony. Upon our first meeting, she immediately made me comfortable as she compassionately listened to my situation. She was then able to clearly explain the legal issues in a way that I could understand and outline what her legal st...rategy would be. With changes that occurred from opposing counsel, she kept me abreast of the situation, calming my fears and responding to opposing counsel in a highly effective and ethical way. The outcome was quite favorable for me and I am so grateful. I give her my highest recommendation.

You won't regret retaining Timi Tucker!

I engaged Timi for my divorce from my now ex abusive husband. I had introductory calls with three different attorneys. From the initial meeting Timi stood out. Timi guided me through every step of divorce proceedings, and was always willing to answer questions. She was always clear and prom...pt in her communications. Unfortunately mediation didn’t work in my case, but that was because my ex husband refused all requests of financial assistance. Given the backlog of cases and the fact that I was receiving no financial assistance, Timi successfully applied for temporary financial relief. This was a key win. Prior to the hearing she had sessions with me to ensure we were prepared and confident leading into court. In court Timi was bullish, assertive and took control of the situation. I’m so happy with the final financial and non-financial outcome. For anyone having to go through this, I’m sorry. It’s not fun, but know that you’re in great hands with Timi. I highly recommend her services.

Best attorney ever!

Timi is who you want fighting for you when it counts the most!! Not only is she an amazing lawyer, she is knowledgeable, empathetic, caring and thorough in both her thought processes and follow through. My case started shortly before I was in ICU for 5 weeks with COVID, after my now ex wife was arre...sted for domestic violence in which my 2 kids witnessed the abuse. Timi reached out to me while I was hospitalized several times, not only to start work on my case but to check on me several times personally. Thanks to the pandemic my divorce took over 2 years to finalize. Through the entire time, Timi was an advocate for myself and my 2 kids, a true champion for what was right and just in my case. She was always very attentive and listened to everything I had to say, taking notes and offering advice and suggestions. I don't think there is a better attorney in Brevard or even the state. I had hired a different attorney on a recommendation of a friend prior to hiring Timi. I quickly realized after the first hearing I needed someone better prepared and equipped to handle my case, Timi and her team were the ones up to that task.
