Mrs. Tucker represented me in a divorce, which involved a long separation and a parenting agreement. She informed me of all steps along the way and successfully helped me in all responses and to mediation of a fair result that made sure my children were taken care of. Absolute Best!

Skilled, compassionate, confident and knowledgeable

Timi Tucker, a caring, passionate and dedicated attorney, represented me in court on two different cases. One was in family court and the other in criminal court. I was impressed with her thorough knowledge of the legal system and guidance. She truly cares about her cases, and you as a person and fam...ily. She is constantly in contact with you, on the ball with returning phone calls, emails and even texts. Seeing her work in the court room, gave me nothing but full confidence in her. Without her help, I would have lost my 2 children, but she came through and I was reunited with full custody and the case was squashed. She helped me win both of the cases, without any hiccups along the way! I highly recommend Mrs. Tucker as a competent and highly skilled attorney and would definitely use her again, if I ever need an attorney in the future.

Choose Timi Tucker!

I found Timi Tucker when I needed her most. I had never needed a lawyer before but suddenly found myself frightened, unprepared, cornered and wasn’t sure which direction to go. I chose Timi based solely on her other reviews and I’m so happy I did!! One thing I really appreciated was that Timi was alw...ays quick to answer any questions or issues I had through phone calls or emails and never made me feel like I was a bother. Timi guided me through a rough divorce - she fought for not only me, but also my children and the wonderful man that is now my husband. My case had a few special obstacles that made the situation even more difficult. However Timi kept me calm when I was scared and always knew how to respond to the other attorney to find a solution. She is very smart, doesn’t put up with bullying from the other side, and knows what little details to pay attention to that make a big impact on each individual case. She handled herself professionally with confidence and boldness when my ex threatened to sue for sole custody as a scare tactic - all while reassuring me. She made sure I received a fair settlement and was willing to go as far as I wanted to without being pushy. She was also respectful of my wishes to stay out of court and end the divorce quickly. She did everything in her power to make sure I received what was owed to me and was able to get more than I was expecting. But most importantly, she fought for me when it came to custody of my children. She went above and beyond what I was expecting and I am unbelievably grateful. Thank you Timi and Terri for being a friend and a wonderful supportive team and getting us through the most difficult year. I truly feel like I could not have found a better attorney or better person to handle my divorce! Thank you for all of your hard work and extreme kindness!! Incredible Lawyer

Timi was able to help us with a successful step parent adoption. She did an amazing job helping us communicate with a less than mature biological father who was constantly being manipulative. We would highly recommend Timi for anyone wanting to do a step parent adoption or having any custody concerns....
