Timi Tucker is amazing!

She is so knowledgeable and caring that I immediately knew I was in the best hands I could find. She handled a difficult alimony adjustment for me, was on top of every situation that came up, and assured me of a fair outcome, which she was more than able to achieve. In addition to being of the hig...hest ethical standards and morals, she's personable and really breaks things down in simple terms that clients can understand. I could not recommend anyone more than I would Ms. Tucker!

Divorce/Injunction Attorney

As a victim of Domestic Violence going through a divorce I am so glad that I chose Timi Tucker to represent me. She was not only extremely professional, knowledgeable, and organized; she also cared for me as a human being. Professional, Assertive and Knowledgeable

After my initial consultation, there was no question that I wanted to retain the services of Ms. Timi Tucker in an upcoming hearing. I have never needed the services of an attorney previously but definitely made the right decision hiring Ms. Tucker. Throughout the entire process, Timi guided me wit...h knowledge based upon years of experience. She was very well versed in the laws affecting my case. During the discovery phase, she exhibited that she is an excellent listener and gained all of the pertinent facts. With all of the facts in hand, and her knowledge of the law, she quickly and thoroughly built my case for the upcoming hearing. On the day of the hearing, she proved how assertive she can be, while also keeping me calm in what was definitely a stressful situation. Timi was very thorough and proceeded to dismantle the other party’s case piece by piece and proved my case without a doubt. The case ended in my favor. Timi exhibits professionalism, knowledge, and is an excellent orator. Should I ever need the services of a family lawyer again, Ms. Tucker will most definitely be my choice.
