So Appreciative

I cannot thank Timi and her office staff enough for all of their help and expertise in helping me get through my case. Timi was very informative, honest and ethical, kept me updated, listened to me vent, was always available or called right back when I had questions. She was forthright and honest in... telling me what to expect in court, the good and the bad. She really helped calm my nerves before court and then was a real tiger in the courtroom. I could not have won my case without her. She is the best. I would give her and her office 10 stars if I could! I would highly recommend her!

My divorce

I was so thankful that a friend recommended Timi D. Tucker to handle my divorce. Being that this was very hard and so personal for me, Timi made me feel comfortable and relaxed and really cared about my needs. She helped me understand all I was entitled and worked very diligently and timely with my c...hanges. I can't say enough about her professionalism as well as her staff, Terri. Always polite and welcoming even when I thought I was a constant bother. I left a relationship after 37 years, a relationship that I thought I had to stay in for my lifetime. Because of Timi Tucker and her staff, Terri, I was freed from a very turbulent and unhappy marriage of 32 years. I am, now, a very happy person and it shows in my everyday life and including my profession as a nurse. I can't thank you enough!

Timi is the Best!

Timi was very open and honest about my case. She told me exactly what to expect and the best and worse case scenario. She was open to things that I wanted from the divorce and was always available for me to talk to when something happened. I felt that Timi really cared about me and wanted what was be...st for me. Other lawyers I had talked to were not open to me giving suggestions or even having an opinion about how I would like the divorce to go, but Timi was very supportive. It was because of her that my divorce ended the way it did. The end result was better than I had expected and I would hire Timi again if I ever needed to.

Great attorney

From the time I first met Mrs Tucker to the final meeting in court, I always felt like she had my daughters best intentions and we'll being first. I highly recommend Mrs Tucker and would not have chosen anyone else to represent my family. Thank you!

My Father's Lawyer in Divorce at 83years old

My Sweet old Daddy needed a trustworthy Lawyer when his awful wife left him for another man. Ms. Tucker was able to save him from having to pay her alimony and get the marriage ended in a fair and reasonable fashion for all involved. She kept me in the loop throughout the process since I don'...t live close to my dad. She even let me vent some of my pent up frustrations over the situation and I trust her. I'm very thankful for her professional services and her staff as well.
