Great Service

Joe Mitchell has represented my wife and I in an auto accident with injuries. He and his staff were extremely knowledgeable about the laws and what we could expect from the legal and health care systems. All and any inquiries were always answered promptly, never rushed and in detail. His legal assistant Robbin is still helping us sort out legal health billing issues even after a settlement was reach in the matter. After a year of service we feel we could count on Joe or Robbin for any legal or friendly advice. Easy to work with

I was referred to Joe by a coworker because he had won a case for his partner shortly before I had a car accident. Initially I didn't want to hire an attorney because I had never worked with one before. I was worried I'd get taken advantage of and walk away with nothing but medical bills if I hired an attorney. After fighting with the other person's insurance, I called Joe. I immediately felt comfortable because he explained how the process works with ease and confidence. He also explained that my insurance company gave me incorrect information. Thanks to Joe, and his paralegal, Robbin, they helped get my case settled quickly and for the full amount. I walked away without having to fight with medical bills, they took care of all of it. He really helped take what was a scary and overwhelming situation and turned it into an easier, healing process. I am in another city, but he worked with me over the phone, and even referred me to a colleague of whom helped me immensely with my recovery. "Hands down, one of the best trial lawyers in Central Florida. I met Joe five years ago. A group of people were arrested together for some very serious felony charges. I was retained by one of them and Joe was hired by a Co-Defendant. The prosecutor wanted all of them to go to prison for life or at least a couple of decades. I had the pleasure of working with Joe on motions and depositions. Through Joe's hard work and determination, we were able to convince the prosecutor that the case was not as good as he thought and our client's got a great resolution.
