I had a personal injury claim and the Nation Law firm dragged the case out for 4 years. Tom Brown (Mark Nation's minion) finally said they can't prove our case. It took 4 years to tell us this? I believe Tom Brown hid behind his incompetent assistant Tracy (nasty person) on a regular basis when we tried to ask questions. I also believe Mark Nation only wants high profile cases and discriminates against military families. I have a friend who is also military that he also dragged through years of legal formalities only to let them down with a small settlement for a bad auto accident.

I was referred by a friend of the the family. When I called to inquire about my case they were very descriptive and informative on what steps I should take. Very detail oriented and catered to my needs. I would recommend this firm to everyone I know. In a world full of money hungry organizations.. It's nice to know that there are people out there that really care and want nothing but the best for their clients. A+ to Mark and his staff. Thank you!

I hired The Nation Law Firm after my insurance company denied my hail damage claim. I'm a Florida attorney but I only practice personal injury law, so I know very little about breach-of-contract law.
Marc Jandy is my attorney and he has done a great job handling case. He tells me where we are and where we are going with the case, and he sets reasonable expectations.
