Foreclosure

This "Lawyer" was referred to me through another Attorney in regards to my efforts in retaining my mother's property. Mr.Tushaar advised me to get a 5 digit (high) personal line loan OR a Mortgage loan from a Bank/lender for the house which at this point was in the foreclosure process. He presented t...his method of action as if it were a shoo-in, a certainty, an after-thought. When I notified him weeks later that a Personal Line Loan was not appearing feasible and I was now looking into the mortgage option instead. He was notably quiet upon hearing this, so I probed him about exactly the manner I should me presenting myself to the lenders in stating my case. He became evasive and told me to go ahead and secure the mortgage loan and to aim for between $150-$200,000 because of compounding interest and fees ( twice the outstanding loan of the property) . At this point I demanded an in-person meeting with Mr.Tushaar this is several days before a second foreclosure trial to once again postpone the sales date. He is is going to tell me and I quote " I do not think you can get it a Mortgage loan. I have never seen a bank give a loan for a foreclosed home and I hope you're the first." This after he explicitly told me two weeks prior to secure a mortgage of upwards of $200,000 for that very reason. There's a lot more I can add like his inadvertent admission to charging me for non-existent court fees or his suggestion that I go to a LOAN SHARK. The list goes is going to get quite lengthy so I'll end it here.

Mr. Desai was recommended to me by a friend several years ago. In the past several years, Mr. Desai has helped me through many situations with my business from contractor to business partnership issues. I would recommend Mr. Desai to any of my friends or family looking for a intelligent, aggressive, well rounded attorney for their corporate or real estate law needs.

Awesome very knowledgeable attorney

I found mr desai to be experienced in the real estate business. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my complicated forclosure questions in an easy to understand manner. He responded to me within a day and without any hesitation use his services again.

Highly Recommended!

I interviewed several attorneys for my case and Tushaar Desai stood out for his several reasons. He provided a detailed explanation of the legal process and how it related to our case. Tushaar Desai- Review

Tushaar has proven to be diligent, thoughtful, caring, and truly motivated to help. I have know and worked with many Attorneys over the years- including other Real Estate Attorneys, but I can't imagine anyone better to handle my personal affairs in this arena. He is more than an attorney, he is a c...onfidante. He is always responsive, sympathetic, and accurate. I am far more at ease with him handling my cases and their complexities than I have ever been with other attorneys in the past.
