OUTCOME: Final Judgment in favor of Plaintiffs for over $100,000.00

I represented the Plaintiffs in Volusia County Court for a breach of contract against a contractor who failed to build their house. The defendant took the Plaintiff's advanced money and ran away. He ... never intended to finish construction on their house or return the funds. I sued the defendant, took the case to trial and received a favorable judgment over $100,000.00 the Plaintiffs.
